Scam. Software is fake.
The support times aren't true. I've been waiting two days for a reply and haven't heard anything back.
Have requested a refund under their 3-day policy, so let's see if they get back to me.
EDIT: They refused to give a refund under their 3-day policy. Scammers, avoid.
EDIT 2: You have precisely proven my point. You explicitely offer a 3-day refund, so I signed up, tested the software, it did not work as intended and I requested a refund within an hour.
Then you failed to provide the refund as agreed in the terms. Pure scam. And yes, I will continue to call out scam companies such as your own.

We’ve reviewed our history and found that you had signed-up, upgraded to the Pro plan, started to use the Pro plan features and immediately cancelled your subscription and requested a refund within an hour.
There was no attempt to reach out and ask about how the features work, or for us to give you an opportunity to correct your configuration, this is why we apply a discount to new subscriptions.
Looking through your other Trustpilot reviews of other services it would appear that there’s a trend regarding you leaving negative reviews in the hope to obtain refunds.
