Utterly terrible

Utterly terrible customer service. Forced onto them after another domain supplier no longer supported the domain. Customer service 0/10, response time 0/10, portal functionality -10/10.

a very problematic support

After the death from pop.co, this company owned my domains.

I tried to renew, contected them several times with no response and now my domain has expired.

Well, Now I hate them.

Also, George Budica is not a real person.

I have lost business as a result of their non-action

I was asked by Moonfruit to contact Domainbox as a matter of urgency in order to ensure that my website remained up and running. Like other users I have been unable to contact them and they have ignored emails. My website has now gone down and I am losing business as a result.

This company is owned by GoDaddy…

This company is owned by GoDaddy Europe. After the usual no reply to emails or phone calls from domainbox I contacted GoDaddy who spent over an hour with me on the phone but could not resolve my issue which is with domainbox. Some sort of fraudulent activity I think is happening as the nice American lady (GoDaddy USA) explained that the domains were with GoDaddy but had been transferred out. All new to me as I had registered the domain I have issues with domainbox.

I have been trying for days to access support...

I have been trying for 3 days to access my account. I have tried calling their 0845 UK number which says that support is available from 9am but at 9.15am it just cuts you off after the intro message.

I have sent 3 emails over 3 days and other than the automated confirmation that my email is in their support system, I have had no further assistance. This is unacceptable from an internet company. I will be moving my business to another provider once I access me account.

The worst support I have ever received…

The worst support I have ever received - As there isn't any. I have never had to deal with such an incompetent company in all my life. Please be very careful when choosing a company as a domain reseller as they just ignore any major support requests. Domains are expiring and I am unable to renew because their website payment processing does not work. They have ignored every email to ask them what is wrong and when will it be fixed.

Awful customer service

What a shi*ty, awful customer service. We've been trying to contact them for 2 months with no result. I hope we can solve this ASAP otherwise we will go to court and sort it out there.

The support is shockingly BAD

The support is shockingly BAD, for 2 weeks now ive been having isses with all the email accounts on my account when you call you get charged a fortune and get told to email. so for 2 weeks ive been emailing to keep getting bouncebacks. rang again to be told your emailing the wrong email address, even though the email im sending to is advertised on the website. he then gave me another email address to send to then said hold on try this one instead. emailed the new address several time and STILL no answer from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Consider this company abandoned

Consider this company abandoned. Their parent company Mesh Digital was purchased by GoDaddy. They haven't posted any updates to either their twitter or Facebook pages since 2015. They have also set their admin pages to only allow static IP's. So if you are on a dynamic IP, you will be booted out constantly. I suspect it is due to them wanting an environment that didn't require much security overhead. In all, it is best to ditch this company before they close up shop for good.

Excellent support from George Budica

Excellent customer support. I had an issue with getting an authorisation code to get my domain migrated. George Budica in customer support was extremely helpful and fast at responding to my queries and requests, as soon as I provided him with the relevant information within a couple of hours and several emails back and forth for various problems he resolved everything in a very professional manor.
Thanks for your help.

Nice idea, terrible execution & service.

Support takes +1 week to reply to an email even over urgent issues. Phone number doesn't work and instead just hangs up after leaving you on hold for ages.

Doesn't offer any way of tracking tickets or anything even though they appear to use an actual ticketing system.

Admin console unresponsive and unhelpful and service regularly hangs/connection drops out. Unable to change main account contact details once set up without contacting them which, as previously mentioned, takes an age to get anything done.
