I have been a loyal customer for the past two years. However, I am extremely disappointed with the recent experience. Despite making my payment 10 days ago and receiving confirmation via email, my server was stopped without any prior notice. This caused a major disruption and reflects very poorly on the service quality. For a provider that charges a premium price, I expected better reliability and communication. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences I've had with them.
