Zero stars, this is a deceptive company that sends out letters making you think it's time to renew your website when it's a ploy to steal your money.

I got one too. Using Google Domains (Squarespace by proxy), I take it they are looking at all domains registered and snail mail blasting it out to everyone. Even though I assume everyone registering a domain has some sense of this being a scam, I feel bad for any older generations who comply with it...

BEWARE

BEWARE! This company is engaged in a snail mail domain scam. They are sending paper invoices for "Annual Website Domain Listings" for domains with no connection to either the addressee or themselves.

Several of my clients contacted me…

Several of my clients contacted me today asking me if the snail mail they received from this company was legit. Most of my clients have many Domains and according to this fraudulent invoice, they were being billed $289 per Domain for a (1) year term. I have all of my client Domains setup to renew automatically and none of them actually expire until after January of 2033. Obviously, my clients were very upset with me because they thought I was overcharging them. After doing research, I found this company to be bogus based on the BBB website. This company should be disbanded and the owners should be jailed for trying to steal from innocent people!

Scammy company

Received their letter to renew my business. They sent a bill for $289. My cost through Go Daddy was $40.00 for 3 years and had already been renewed. They just fish for people who don't pay attention.

Deceptive Marketing Practices

Domain networks uses deceptive marketing practices and should not be considered to have your websites best interests in mind. There are many other reputable companies available, who offer a much more comprehensive service. Avoid Domain Networks at all costs.

Scam and fraud

Scam company contacted us trying to scam us for $289 with fake "business listing", although our website is hosted by GoDaddy and paid for already. They do not answer the phone. Stay away from this nonsense, also read reviews on SiteJabber. Consider reporting this scam to the NC Attorney General, their city is in "Henderson county".

The hackles on my back went to full alert when opening this letter...

When I got this letter from them I thought it looked suspicious. After opening and reading it, thoroughly, I had to laugh a bit as they actually had to admit they are not a registrar and this was a solicitation and basically trying to scam me out of 289 dollars. They need to go back to Scammers University, which could be just about any of today's universities. Having several websites, I am quite familiar with the process. I just wished they had called me as I have some time to make them waste a lot of time with me. It's fun when they finally realize that I was scamming them out of their time. LOL! After so many years in business, you learn to read people's intentions when they are selling stuff to you. Good on to you my fellow business brothers and sisters.

JUNKY REPEAT

We continue to receive solicitations from this company even though I have repeatedly added our business name, address & email to their "Do Not Contact" list/link. Domain Networks is attempting to lead businesses in a direction to purchase a website listing on their website but, as others have stated, the document is composed to be viewed as an INVOICE for domain renewal. Trying to intentionally deceive this way should be illegal & punishable by law or execution. It would be easier to accept the amount of wasted paper, ink, time, etc. for the few nibbles they receive for their actual business from their fabricated mailings if I knew they were doing it from a jail cell. I don't understand how I can continuously follow their directions to be removed from their mailing list but we still receive their junky mail every other week. They may have purposely added a glitch to the "Do Not Contact" process...on the mailed letter it gives a Number at the top (mine is EKD7583) but when you go to their Do Not Contact page on their website to add your business, it asks for your "Unique ID Number. Both numbers are the same but the wording is different, hopefully not with intention. Honestly, what is the point in asking to be removed if they continue to send the mailings?
Besides the hassle of dealing with attempted removal from their mailings; reading their website is actually painful. Proofreading exists for a reason and in the case of Domain Networks it is basically an emergency. They should spend the money and hire someone to carefully read through anything and everything they have containing words, absolutely every single word...it is BAD.
Lastly, below is the RESPONSE given each and every time I add our information to their Do Not Contact list....
"Register for our do not contact list SUCCESS
You've been added to our DO NOT CONTACT list and we will not contact you again." Yeah, right!

Beware- SCAM!!

Beware! This is a SCAM! Thankfully I’ve owned my business long enough to have gone through the domain renewal process many times. This allowed me to be suspicious about this bill that I received in the mail. This is not how Domain renewal works.
I worry for anyone that’s new to dealing with domain renewals. Do not fall for this!

If I could put MINUS 10 stars I would

If I could put -10 stars I would. How the FTC, or whatever the governing agency is, can allow this crap to be solicited is beyond me!!! I own several domains and get these 'fake bills' frequently. TOTAL SCAM!!!!
Let's hope they are driven out of business soon for corrupt business practices!!

Scam! DO NOT PAY!

DO NOT PAY! This is a scam. It is an advertisement that masquerades as an invoice, and it provides absolutely no value to your business. In fact, if they actually do anything for you it may hurt your search engine rankings.

I have received several SCAM "bills"…

I have received several SCAM "bills" that appear like a bill for your domain, but in reality is a way to steal your money. I am not sure if they actually offer a service, but this scam is getting very annoying. I wish they would stop stealing, lying, and cheating other people.

Total scam

Total scam. They send you an invoice, but have nothing to offer. In small print, they say it is not a bill.
Tape the stamped return envelope to a brick and send it back to them.
