Quality products .

Quality products .
Granted they are not the cheapest but in my experience (over 30 years cctv and electrical installs )
You pay for what you get .
Not only quality products , but the tech team are great for any technical issues even if it is not their product .
I had a compatibility issue with an older POE camera trying to add it to the new ZX tech DVR .
Quick response from them .
Im getting older and forgotten a lot of stuff i have learnt tbh .
Very helpful and prompt email responses
They get a Yes from me . 👌👍😁

Excellent Service

Excellent company to deal with. Previously purchased two cameras and recorder. I had some issues with wi-fi configuration caused by my Network Supplier. Christopher, sorted my issues quickly and efficiently.
Very good equipment supplied at a very reasonable price.

Good quality products

Good quality products, with well produced literature and clear instructions. Also received excellent response and advice from Technical dept. The only issue that needs improvement is that the ethernet cables provided although good quality had a moulded restraint around the terminal that was incompatible with the weatherproof connection cover provided with the camera, so it could not be fitted.

Unable to ship outside the UK

ZXtech certainly has very good products. Unfortunately, the seller Domar
is unable to ship outside the UK, even though they are a known customer.
That's a real shame. So my product is still stuck in London with the third-party seller.
I can't comment on the product itself.
In the future, we will have to purchase numerous systems from other providers.

In response to my recent order for a…


In response to my recent order for a CCTV package from Domar, I have noticed a concerning issue with the missing cameras on my DVR. Despite my patience and adherence to the customer support instructions, I have been unable to resolve this problem.

On October 30th, I initiated the resolution process by sending an email to Domar. Subsequently, on December 31st, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues and requested a replacement DVR. However, despite my repeated attempts to contact customer support, I have not received a response.

7 camera replacement

I purchased a 7 camera replacement system and I'm so pleased with the quality of the cameras and the relative simplicity of the setup. On the one occasion I needed to call the help desk they (Chris) was extremely helpful and sorted out the issue immediately. Very happy overall and I would recommend them if you are considering a new system.

First rate service

Had the unit delivered the next day. System now works perfectly, several hundreds saved great service first class advice, they know their equipment.

The camera are great when it’s working…

The cameras are great but I had a problem with one of the camera kept going offline. They contacted me for assistance and sent a replacement out as soon as they understood the issue. Great service!
