Same experience as I just read in another opinion. I won two lots in Stockholm and paid accordingly. Despite this, they sent reminders about payment, and I got a troublesome week making it clear that they already have gotten the money!
Today, I asked for a proper explanation and the representative answered with an explanation that was disrespectful, avoiding to tell that the fault was theirs. I replied in anger which finally maid them explain properly.
