Always good communication from the Service Manager Josie and team member Lauren. Today's visit by Matt and his very polite and capable Apprentice Dan was attended punctually with the work being carried out efficiently. This is an excellent company, with very professional personnel that I can highly recommend.

We have had a new boiler installed today from the domestic heating team. The heating engineers Sam and Mark were wonderful. Both very friendly and did a lovely job. The area was left clean and tidy and Sam was very thorough not leaving until he was certain everything was working perfectly. He took time to explain how to operate the hive system and the new boiler. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Recently used this company to replace all the radiators in our house. The work was undertaken by Matt & Sam who were courteous, considerate & provided a very professional service. We would certainly use this company again.

Had my ev charger installed by them, got me booked in really quick. Installer came on time, was very efficient. Only had the power off a short while so the downtime was minimal. Very organised, great company. Would recommend any works anyone needs to go through them. Jon organised it all for me and was a great help.

2 visits prior to start of installation made sure the work went smoothly with no unexpected holdups. Installers were pleasant and professional and happy to answer any questions I had. Work was completed within the estimated time and cost. Would highly recommend them.

Our MegaFlo water tank needed replacing due to a small leak. We reported this during the annual boiler service last week and within a few days an engineer was booked in. Sam the engineer was prompt and very professional. He explained what was required and how long it would take so we knew when to expect our water back later that day. The job went smoothly and the new surrounding pipework was a vast improvement on what was there before. Thank you Sam for a great Job and to Lee for organising.

We recently purchased and had a new boiler fitted through Domestic Heating Team Ltd, along with two new radiators.

The service was excellent and we had full confidence in the work of Lee and the Engineers Matt & Joss. They were all very professional and completed the work without fuss & without leaving a mess. The cost of the work was also reasonable & there were no hidden extras.

Lee explained the new system to us very clearly and the after sales service is excellent. We also received all of the documentation relating to the boiler guarantee etc promptly.

I’ve used Domestic Heating Ltd team for 11years, on an existing
boiler and fitting a new boiler 2 years ago in very professional way. Most of the work was done by Ryan who also detected a gas leak on the hob and subsequently fitted a new hob unit. The team react quickly and efficiently.

Prompt (came on day agreed). Finished the installation in the one day. Very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend this company.

Adam and the team fitted my new boiler some months ago, and it was terrific. They accommodated my needs for where the boiler should go and worked within the timeframe they said they would complete. Adam also provided me with a hands-on tutorial to help me with any issues in the future.

Domestic heating provided an extremely high level of service. Engineers found the problem and resolved it quickly. We needed a new boiler which was installed by one of their engineers, Sam and his partner. who did a great job. Installing the boiler quickly and efficiently, they cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess in the kitchen. We would highly recommend Domestic Heating company.
