I have been running pillar-to-post to secure my order. Online payment has gone through but not the order on the site. I have called some 6-8 toll-free numbers over the last 6 hrs and all contact centers keep giving me a different number to call and no one is helping to resolve the problem. I don't understand how Philips processes are stoneage in the tech-age world.
