I have been waiting months for replacement of a cracked window and related work. The initial service was fine but DSNL have been very slow to respond and the fitter “is never in my area”

Excellent service from start to finish, from the quote to the fitting and completion of the work. All staff were polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Fantastic company!!!! From start to finish Dsnl have been amazing. I wanted full replacements and Chris the salesman recommended me to just have the glass changed because my frames was in good condition there cleaned all the frames once there replaced the glass and also put me new fascia’s and guttering at a brilliant price.

Earlier this year 'DSNL', this trustworthy company fitted full double glazing and a beautiful New 'High Security' contemporary door!! We, the family and our neighbours applauded the job done ~ Hugely impressed at level of professionalism ~ especially when The Owner/MD came personally to inspect the work.

Had my windows done recently with this company, very professional and friendly. They were quick and efficient and also removed the old materials keeping things clean and tidy, I definitely recommend and would use again.

Arriving punctually, the fitters were fast, friendly and efficient, leaving no mess. We couldn't have asked for better service throughout the whole experience. From initial contact over the phone, to a home visit for quoting, right up until installation, DSNL have been brilliant.

The representative Jo-Ann was very helpful,friendly and discussed the various options available to us, also checked the sizes of the windows we required replacing then gave us the estimated price,which we felt was very reasonable.This is the second window replacements we have had from DSNL and the workmanship,efficiency was just as good as the first windows fitting.The overall effect of new double glazed windows are excellent and we feel that overall it will improve our heating efficiency in the long term.Also a thank you to the workmen who fitted the windows as they did a sterling job.

I have just had all my 40 glass window units upgraded to Pilkington “EnergiKare” glass. Some were double glazed, some triple glazed and leaded.
I found DSNL to be friendly and efficient and the price was competitive to other companies. The salesman was helpful in advising us the best designs etc. and the fitter was quick and professional. He took all the old glass away and cleaned up any debris. We have been so impressed with this company that we have now ordered a new front door. I would not hesitate to recommend DSNL in the future.
