DEAN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE WENT WAAAY OVER AND ABOVE TO ENSURE MY PURCHSSE HAPPINESS. HE IS AN ASSET TO DOMISANA!
THE BUNNY SLIPPERS ARE SOOO CUTE AND VERY WELL MADE. I RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Really hard to contact the customer service

It’s really inconvenient and hard to contact the customer service. The only way is to leave a message on the website and you won’t get a reply until a business day or more which is not in time compared with others. The shipping seems take forever!!!

Bad customer experience

I purchased two blankets on Nov 8,2022, asked the customer service about estimated shipping date and I was told the blankets I ordered were stored in other warehouses outside the state I’m living and would take at least 7 days to ship. That’s fine, I decided to wait. Asked the customer service again on Nov 18, no response until Nov 22 and I’m told the blankets were out of stock and I need to switch to other styles or refund. Excuse me?I have waited such a long time and then be told it’s out of stock? It’s definitely the worst customer experience I ever had, such a waste of time.
Won’t recommend it to any of my friends.
