Can't Deliver confirmed orders

Ordered at 17.40, delivery estimate of 1h.

At 20.15 they updated the status to delivered on 18.45. while no delivery was attempted.

When calling the restaurant for clarification, they said that they indeed updated the status, but could not yet deliver or make the Pizza's ordered. As they had an ingredient shortage and were waiting on a delivery stuck in traffic. And would deliver the food ASAP.

While writing this review it's just before midnight, and the food has yet to arrive...

Maybe it's better to not accept orders or cancel them appropriately and offer refunds when you cannot make or deliver the goods.

At the very least pro-actively reach out to your customers instead of leaving them waiting for more than 6h. At least then they can look for alternatives while other restaurants are still open.

I've spent close to 45euro, and went to bed hungry.

Not only will I never order here again, but the whole dominoes franchise should be avoided if this is their standard business practices. I will go back to supporting actual local, non-franchise stores in the future.

Take away pizza give reduction on…

Take away pizza give reduction on Saturday and Tuesday, it says on de website. We ordered a medium pizza to take away in Domino’s pizza Bredene, but had to pay full prize and were treated very rude! Domino’s pizza? Never again!

Domino Pizza did not reimburse cancelled order

End of July, I made an order online with Domino Pizza. 5 minutes later they called me that there had a technical problem. So the ordered was cancelled. We are now 30 of August although I already called twice (plus the initial discussion when the ordered was cancelled) - but they did not reimburse me for the order (over 30 euros).

I ordered pizza online from the local…

I ordered pizza online from the local branch at Saint Gilles and I never received my order or a refund! I tried repeatedly to call their headquarters but no reply. I filled a report at the Online Dispute Resolution platform and they redirected my file to the local office. They tried to contact them and again no reply. After 5 months of chase still no reply, no refund and of course no pizza.

Not the experience we are used to...

In the last month we have found the last two sets of pizzas we ordered from our local outlet were not as good as we've been used to in the past. The toppings have reduced greatly and the flavour has become very bland with little cheese added. Overall it looks like they are trying to skimp on toppings to probably save money (or make more money?). We are looking at other suppliers locally to see if they are better, we may go back in the future but not for a while based on their current service.

I called Dominos to deliver to my…

I called Dominos to deliver to my adress. They couldn't deliver. So I told them: it is ok, I'll pick it up. Comming there expecting the delivery deal (2euro for 2nd pizza) to be applied to the bill. They didn't apply it. Doesn't make sense to me. So I said: It is no problem, you can deliver it to my brothers home which is across the street. Then I'll pick it up there, and you can apply the coupon to it, and they wouldn't even do that and this struggle for some pizzas that taste worse than the frozen pizzas from Aldi. Also super unfriendly in Lokeren, and had stomach problems after the pizza. Giving you all one tip. Never go here.

I ordered a pizza from the Evere…

I ordered a pizza from the Evere Dominos in Brussels and the wrong pizza was delivered. A small pizza arrived when I had ordered a large. The delivery boy had a very bad attitude and lied to me several times. I refused to take receipt of the delivery. I have called the evere branch to request a refund and been told they don't handle that there. I have emailed dominos to make a complaint and request a refund and been sent a reply in a foreign language that I don't understand. Terrible way to treat a loyal customer. Where is my refund?!?
