Really disappointed with my Domino's order! I got a Margherita pizza and the description literally says it's topped with oregano… but nope, not a single leaf on it!! Like, what’s the point of a Marghe... See more

WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LATEST DOMINOS

We are very disappointed - & will not be purchasing Dominos products ever again. Not that long ago - I can remember purchasing GOOD QUALITY - 30CM LARGE PIZZAS for $15 delivery from Dominos. Lately - SO CALLED LARGE DOMINO'S PIZZAS have decreased in size to under a TINY 20CM DIAMETER - & we are being charged a whopping $18 for pickup for most days. From the NUMEROUS REVIEWS on this review site - we are not the only ones who will not be purchasing from Dominos in the future. As they say - SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST !

Not value for money

Ordered a 6 in 1 pizza but really disappointed with their taste and low stuffing. The taste is not much better also the stuffing was very less. They have just created a hype.

Beware of scam and Money wash

Beware of scam and Money wash. A fraudulent company has placed itself on the stock market. It profits by manipulating investors' ever-dwindling funds with false advertising and suspicious websites and publishers, enabling it to continue seizing and stealing investors' money. I saved the rest of my money with -350 usd less in just a month because of false ads that say the stock will raise again and reach much more value. It is clear that they have not cared about being complained by customers for years. A fraud company with a lot of question marks. Don’t ever invest a cent there. I wish someone who has power can sue this scammer.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT - ordered 15 ‘large’ pizzas to feed hungry teenagers at a birthday party. Since when was a 7” pizza considered large? Needless to say did not do the job and had to order in extra food from elsewhere. Expensive too. Will never order from Dominos again. Wish I had read the reviews first

If I could give no stars for this…

If I could give no stars for this review, I would. Our delivery order never got delivered, and after waiting 1hr & 15mins we travelled to the Emu Plains store to collect it, were told they were “busy” when asked why we were not updated on the order/it was not delivered, and by the time we got it home it was completely cold. I then spent the next 3 weeks chasing up the store, store owner, regional management team, anyone who would help me get my $130 refund, and did not receive one phone call. I eventually received the refund and will NEVER order from Domino’s again. They are completely useless and I believe ignore you in the hopes you will give up on your refund!

NEVER SPENDING MONEY HERE AGAIN!!!!!

We just spent $88 on three pizzas we were led to believe were “large” — only to receive what are essentially smalls, just 10 inches in size. That’s not a large pizza by any standard, and Domino’s knows it. This isn’t just disappointing — it’s deceptive.

There was no clear mention of actual sizing during the order process. It feels like a deliberate strategy to charge more while giving customers less. The value was terrible and left us feeling ripped off.

We will 100% never trust Domino’s again, and we absolutely will never spend our precious money with this company in the future. You’ve lost our business — permanently.

If you're considering Domino’s, double-check everything or better yet, support a local pizza shop that gives you honest sizes and real value.

Pizza left on door step outside

Ordered pizza by phone. After 1 hour I phoned Langford WA store and while trying to sort out when my pizza would arrive, my partner found the pizza, drink and bread on the front door mat. Their driver did not knock or phone us to advise arrival. Our dog is a sentry bullet and would have heard them knock. Once I told them what happened, they apologized and said it wont happened again. I asked about a replacement pizza and which they said nothing, then passed the phone to the manager who sent another pizza.

Orderd onion rings straight from the bin

Orderd onion rings... what a huge disappointment. We had to wait an extra 5 minutes, because they stated it need more time. When we opened the box, they were absolutely cold, and cold like they had been left for more than a day. It actually looked like they took a pack of foil out of the bin with some left over onion rings in it and put them in the box. Didnt even risk eating a single one... i through them back in the bin.

⭐ 1-Star Review

⭐ 1-Star Review: Domino’s Cranbourne – A Disgrace to the Domino’s Brand
Utterly unacceptable experience – repeatedly mistreated, ignored, and insulted by staff who clearly have no concept of customer service.

Today was the final straw. I placed an order via Uber Eats for Domino’s Cranbourne – a Buy 1 Get 1 Free Large Spicy Peppy Paneer Pizza and Buy 1 Get 1 Free Garlic Bread. What I received? One small pizza and a single garlic bread. Half the order missing, and no explanation.

When I called the store, not only was there no apology or willingness to investigate – I was met with blatant rudeness and hostility. The staff member arrogantly said:

“Go talk to Uber Eats. Don’t call us. We have nothing to do with it.”

I calmly pointed out that Domino’s controls its own menu and offers on Uber Eats – but he admitted it and still dismissed me.

“Yes, we manage it. That’s what we do. Talk to Uber. Don’t call here.”

This is not the first time I’ve experienced this kind of blatant negligence and disrespect from this location. Domino’s Cranbourne has made it a habit to take customers’ money but wash their hands of any responsibility when things go wrong. There is no professionalism, no accountability, and certainly no integrity in how they handle complaints.

I have reviewed the responses left by this store to other angry customers – the exact same robotic template replies, no real resolution, no ownership. It’s a complete farce.
Domino’s Australia – this outlet is damaging your brand. If you allow franchise locations to operate this way, you are endorsing unethical, customer-abusive behaviour. It is time for corporate intervention.
I will be sharing this experience across multiple platforms globally to ensure others are warned – because no paying customer deserves to be treated with this level of contempt and carelessness.

Absolute misleading advertising

Absolutely crap service and ignorance. Just watched 3 advertisements for 1 regular plus $1 extra for additional pizza, pick up or delivery. Cannot order online, tried the local shop (Carnegie, Vic) and the manager was absolutely rude. This is not the first time. Stop wasting your money on tv advertising and put it into delivering what you promise. The ACCC must bring them into line

If you like cold and late delivered…

If you like cold and late delivered pizza, Domino's Noosaville is the place to go.
Not the first time they have done this to us, but it is the last.
What it serviced up does not even come close to the pictures on their site.
They are not value for money.
Steer clear, as there are plenty of better places around.
