We have finally caught on to the scam

We have finally caught on to the scam. Doesn’t take rocket scientist to see your advertisement scam. Your vouchers are useless the pizzas are half price anyway . Also I added up my recent order and it came to 35.96 with 50% off voucher by the way and yous charged me 35.97. Get it sorted

I placed an order for two pizzas at 11:02 PM on March 18, 2026, and even after three hours, there’s no delivery, no confirmation, and no communication at all. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing service.

Hopeless and reliable from Hammersmith

Ordered from Hammersmith. . Delivery guy didn’t turn up I saw hm drive past.Found him. He only had part of the order. I asked for refund for the food he hadn’t brought. He spoke to his boss and then took all the food and beverages away, Hopeless. When I complained they sent back old cold pizza after 90 minutes.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. We were charged extra, and when we asked about it, the staff claimed it was our responsibility to inquire about offers—despite not explaining them properly. To make matters worse, one staff member responded rudely, even using inappropriate language, which was completely unprofessional. The pizza itself was below standard and not enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Domino’s. I would not recommend visiting this outlet.”

Good food, but terrible service

I visited Domino's in Multan Cantt, Multan. The food was delicious, but the staff was unprofessional and seemed poorly trained. They were rude, inattentive, and took an unusually long time to serve. For dine-in customers, they didn’t even provide proper crockery. Overall, the service was disappointing, which ruined the experience despite the good food.

Poor Customer Service

I recently made an online purchase using the company's website and paid with a credit card. However, my order was suddenly canceled without any explanation. When I contacted the customer service line to inquire about the refund timeline, I was given conflicting information. Initially, I was told the refund would be processed within 24 hours, but later a Domino's employee informed me that it could take up to 14 days, and then a third person mentioned it might be up to 17 days.

In addition to the disappointing behavior of the Domino's employees, I believe it is reasonable to expect them to be knowledgeable about the company's refund policy.
