Your salami pizza taste exactly like bread , ham and cheese. I ordered a milkshake and I'm pretty sure your machine is not clean because I got sick in an hour! Do not order here.

I have ordered one pizza of 29cm. When it arrived (more than one hour later), it looked quite small, so I measured it. It was 25-26 cm. They full people. And the prices are just too high for this sort of size and quality.

Today we ordered pizza for the family, unfortunately what happened a few years ago will probably never come back. Pizza is the same dough, it's hard to find toppings, it was made quickly and negligently - just quantity not quality - the waiting time was extended by 45 minutes, the last issue is the price for what they offer, I'd rather throw my money into the river than order there again.
I honestly don't recommend it.

order Dominos, they delivered a half baked pizza and the wrong chicken pieces, different from what i ordered, disappointed to say the least, next time i'm ordering elsewhere. do with this info as you wish

GDPR data breach, disgusting thing they call "pizza", spam emails, incompetent customer support ignoring emails... They haven't invented yet a word to describe this business. Avoid it all cost, if you need fast food you have many better alternatives.

Dominos Nieuwegein has been amazing lately!
The new fries with toppings are to die for and pizzas have been very impressive with really nice dough (crunchy on the outside, cooked well, not too thick not too thin, the bottom is nice and brownish) and great toppings (oily but just the perfect amount, not over the top like some Italian pizza places).

I feel like someone over there is really making an effort. The pizzas used to be dry and bland. I hope they continue this way.

Just came back from Spain and tried the Dominos there twice. It's entirely different from the one in The Netherlands and I have to say... MUCH better. The menu items in Spain make sense (for a pizza restaurant) and instead of introducing new, strange items like here in The Netherlands, that stray from actual pizza-centric items, Spain have a variety of pizza bases including the big missing option: PAN PIZZA. I have no clue what the organization is thinking here leaving out these types of best sellers. It's so odd and since around 2013 not having for instance this and simple items like ceaser salads and other true classics is truly strange.

I ordered 2 pizzas. After 1 hour they phoned me that they could not deliver because they had no staff to deliver. They promissed to refund me. I already phoned 2 times and each time they promiss to refund but 9 days later still nothing. Very bad service. I will never order with them anymore and wonder if i ever will get my money back.

I ordered here and it said i could pick it up at 19:15 , It was ready at 20:05, They had a problem with the pizzas , Very bad place.

At first I was thinking that they stole my 20€, without actualy delivering anything. Because the site shown me that the order already been delivered.

Later I got my pizza (it was cold, but, at least, delivered).

The problem is that you don't know what's actually happening to your order. The site is misleading, and it would be much more honest from Domino's to just write: "You'll get your pizza in the near future. Probably, in the next hour. Get ready your microvawe oven to make it warm again."

I think 2 hours to get a pizza is way too much,and probably our pizza will never arrive,track and trace is never works!

They put expired "2e pizza gratis" voucher in our mailbox... happend now for the second time.

We ordered pizza for 19:15 but it was only delivered at 19:45. It was also the wrong pizza. We ordered a vegan pizza and they gave us a pizza with cheese. I will never order there again.

I placed an order on Monday, and after an hour had still not heard anything back from the store close to me. I gave them a call to phone to follow up about my order, to which I was told that they never received it and I need to replace an order and pay Again! I did so, because according to them the first order was never received and that means I would be refunded. I placed a new order and phoned phoned back to confirm that it was received. Spoke to the same person and they told me they found my first order and cancelled it, my second order would be delivered now. After another hour, still no order. I phoned back and spoke to another employee that proceeded to tell me they were busy buy he promises my order would come. I have to phone back 15min later. I phoned back, they ignored my call. Then After attempting another 4 times from another number, they eventually picked up. To tell me it would take an additional 15 min to be delivered and proceeded to throw the phone down in my ear. (After waiting 2 hours already). Generally, I have a lot of patience, but being told i just have to wait or phone back, after I already phoned 8 times. Is not acceptable. We received our order eventually, after almost 2 and a half hours. Cheezy bread xxl without cheese and churros, that should arrive in a box of three, arrived as only 2 (i do have pictures) Not only was I ripped off by having to pay twice, because an employee lied to me and told me I needed to place another order for it to be fullfilled and then I get treated like absolute dirt because they were busy and couldn’t deal with their customers the right way. Never in my life have I received such bad service from a fast food chain that is so well known. Please get your act together. I would appreciate someone contacting me immediately to get the refund done for the duplicate payment and the fact that the received order was still not up to standard

What the hell happened with the four cheese pizza? I used to love it but it just tastes bland now. We now have the fungi with added gorgonzola but we could hardly tell from the taste.

Their new site is also not an improvement. The old one at least let you filter to some extent. The new one doesnt even render properly on a PC.

Gonna try one of the other pizza companies, no need to stick with Domino's in this overcrowded market.

I’d give zero star if I had that option. The pizza was never delivered. First time I called to check - already twenty minutes after the time for the delivery - I was told that it was on its way. I called again twenty minutes later and was told the oven was off, the pizza wouldn’t be delivered and I’d get a refund in two weeks!!!!

We ordered 3 pizza's and one of them was not the pizza we ordered. We contacted them and they delivered the right one. After one week we got a voucher in the mailbox buy one get one free for their mistake. I find that really thoughtful.

Douwe delivered pizza tonight and service was on time
