I purchased a donna hair dryer and it arrived a month later but was a completely different product. As someone put a piece of tat from the 80's and they were sure right about that. I got emails from them but each one was exactly the same as the others a standard email for everything and no I didnt get my money back. I did contact my bank and fortunately for me they took it on board and said it would take a couple of weeks as they have to look into it and send it to the fraud section. 3 days later I got a message saying I would be refunded but it would take about 5 days to come through (working days). Sure enough after 3 working days not 5 I had the refund and they suggested I change my credit card details which I promptly did and they have never tried to get any more money out of me. The bank had a watch on my account for this possibly happening. Try your banks you may be lucky like me. Also BEWARE that after a period of time of doing this they close the website down and open up another one with a different name and this continues to happen. You can tell as they use the same pictures etc on all the websites they open up. You only have to look. There is a site on facebook where they have donna scam hairdryers. You can put your review on their also but nobody seems able to stop them. All we have found out is that they have various addresses around the world but it all goes back to China. Make your own judgement from that and this wasnt me but a legit company doing the research.

This company is fraud. I never got my item or refund. DO NOT BUY!!!! So dishonest and it’s disgusting how companies take advantage of people!!!

An example of a disgusting, dishonest "company". You expect to recieve a beautiful Dona straightener. But instead you get some nasty plastic thing with the "brand" Yanteng. I ordered one, but for some reason recieved 2. I won't be using it. And i definitely won't even give it away to anyone. It's that bad.

If you are reading this, please do not purchase!

I purchased this item, sent me a dollar store flat iron , with a sticker to act like it goes to those settings.I have video I would love to share, these companies in China are ripping people off.

Buyer BEWARE: I received some cheap brand flat iron instead of the one I paid for that was advertised on Facebook. It took a month to get the CHEAP IRON!! I reached out to them for a refund..all emails ignored. Save yourself the headache and by past them. They will take your money. They are taking advantage of people. Wish I included a picture of this crap they sent me. If I could give no stars I would.

This website lies…. Did not get the flat iron. I received a flat iron with no name and just wrap in bubble wrap. They don’t do refunds and website say guarantee

I ordered my hair straightener in the end of January 2021 is now may I still haven't received anything and the website is taking down and not answering any emails and they won't refund your money or no one will answer you this is a scam scam scam going to report these people for fraud!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would! Straight SCAM. Do not purchase from this website!! I ordered 3 months ago and still haven't received my product and was basically told when contacting them that there is nothing they can do and will not send a replacement or a refund. Spend your money anywhere else but this scamming company!

This is the worst place ever I ordered this product back in December and here it is May I have not received anything from anyone. SCAM,SCAM,SCAM,SCAM, Please don't waste your time on this site. They won't answer emails. I got my money taken I beg of u do not trust any site that does not have a phone number.

If I could give 0 stars I would! These scammers put my order through February 15,2021. It is now may 1,2021 and still no product. My tracking info says it was delivered, BUT IT WAS NOT!! To make matters worse, I tried contacting them and they don’t respond and the web sight for communicating with them is taken down and no longer exists. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEIVES!

I ordered the belladona hair straightener pro on the 4th and still haven't received it ,I've sent emails and recieved not even a email back. I feel I got robbed!

I ordered a Belladonna hair straightener from a website called Palm hair world. That was on February 5, 2021. I have contacted them 24 times via their customer support website, with no response. I have continually tried to contact them as of today's date April 23rd 2021 they have taken down their customer support website. They has not refunded my money nor have I received their products. This is a fraudulent company do not order from them because they will steal your money

This is a scam someone needs to report them to the fraud unit they can't get away with this they keep telling me my item is delivered and I haven't received anything.

I was about to order the Bella Donna pro hair straightener but changed my mind at the last moment and started to hit back to go to the beginning to erase my information.
Clicked on the customer service icon to make sure the merchandise wasn't added to my account. Of course it wasn't working.😡
So l started searching the page for a way to contact them, but there wasn't any information on how to contact customer service. So l decided to ck my account to make sure the money wasn't taken out of my account, but surprise, surprise, the money was pending to come out of my account and merchandise that l 🚫DID NOT ORDER🚫 was also added. They added a hair mask for $14.99 to my account that l didn't even add to my shopping 🛒 and the crazy thing about this, was the fact that Bella Donna put it in as automatic which means they were going to be taking the $14.99 out of my account automatically EVERY MONTH. smh and they still had the hair straightener in the shopping 🛒 acting as if l the merchandise wasn't already taken from my account.
This is definitely a scam and everyone needs to start checking their account to make sure that Bella Donna are not still taking money out of your account.
The ONLY reason l was made aware of Bella Donna's treachery is b cuz l shot an email to my bank 🏦 immediately after l noticed that the money was pending to be removed from my account and noticed that a produced l never had any intention of purchasing was added on my order or onto my bank account.
I founded out from the bank customer service representative that Bella Donna was going to be robbing me monthly for $14.99.

So please be very careful when ordering from this business and please ✔️ your bank account to make sure they aren't hitting your bank account monthly.

I have ordered this straightner in Jan 18th 2021. It is now March 21 2021.

I keep contacting them for phone number etc.. all I get is it will be late I do not recommend buying from this site. Sad to hear I was not the only one who has been scammed..

I hope someone can remove them for good!

I ordered this Dona hair straightner. When I received it, it looked like a flat iron from the 80's. I am pissed. I bought 2. Horrible product. It was a scam. Website has since SHUT DOWN! WOW!

I ordered from Dona Hair. This company is not legit. They are scammers. After a long wait I received a product that looked nothing like the one advertised and very poor quality. Be careful!
