Build quality is excellent and it does what it says on the tin. Bigger than I imagined but I can live with that. Having two other KitchenAid artisan products ,I know the quality is good . Having read some negative reviews I suspect some Trolling activity.

The internal blades are fantastic for making breadcrumbs, pulverising etc. The slicing blades, diving kit and French fry functions are not what I would have expected from a product in this price range however. I am constantly have to open the food processor to “unstick” chunks of veg that simply get stuck between the blade and the lid, and find a lot of veg gets wasted getting mashed up like this. The dicing kit is really difficult to disassemble for cleaning, and mine had rough plastic sections around the blades that just weren’t the quality I would expect considering the price tag.
