Faulty product which I understand is…
Faulty product which I understand is not Donaghy bros fault. Advised them I was rejecting it, after a week or two, whilst no refund being give, they arranged to pick up the defective unit. No one turned up, no notice given and no approach by them to rearrange until I contacted them. I days pay lost, Great. Still no refund, even though its their error. Rearranged another day for them to pick it up. Got a text advising of the delivery date (not actually a delivery) Noting that a failed delivery will result in a redelivery fee. I responded by saying it was a collection and a failed collection will result in a failed collection fee.
