This is the best donation service

This is the best donation service I’ve ever used. Sometimes you have to go through security checks, but that’s perfectly fine when you know your money is safe. Highly recommended!

Avoid them if possible.

They have blocked withdrawals for the 4th time. They even blocked a donation that came through their new OFFLINE service, which was specifically created to allow donations when a stream is offline. On top of that, they charge an exorbitant 20%+ per transaction if currency conversion is involved. They aggressively force conversion by removing the option to use RUB, solely because I live in the EU. As a result, they automatically take an additional 10% from every donation.

The service is fraudulent, extremely slow to respond, and consistently unwilling to cooperate.

This platform is a scam

This platform is a scam. I linked my credit card to this platform wanting to do some donations but I was defrauded and my account was wiped clean. I was unable to get in touch with their customer service and we have been in contact for two months before I trusted them. They made me regret my trust in them. I thought all was gone until I met the company in my profile picture, they helped me recover my money.

This service is used by scammers…

This service is used by scammers placing fraudulent charges to your credit card. It can also be them doing it purposedly. Difficult to say. In any case block your credit card, block the payment and report them.

I recently had the chance to try out…

I recently had the chance to try out Donationalerts, and I must say, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. While the platform markets itself as a streamlined solution for managing donations during streams, it falls short in several critical areas. First and foremost, the user interface is anything but intuitive. Navigating through the various features feels clunky and confusing, especially for someone who isn't tech-savvy. The design lacks the polish that one would expect from a service aiming to cater to content creators. Instead of being user-friendly, it often leaves you frustrated and searching for basic functions. When it comes to performance, Donationalerts has its share of issues. I encountered frequent lag during peak usage times, which is unacceptable when you're trying to engage with your audience live. This kind of performance hiccup not only disrupts the flow of a stream but also reflects poorly on both the streamer and the platform itself. Furthermore, the integration with other streaming services can be hit or miss—sometimes it works seamlessly, while other times it's a complete headache. As for pricing, Donationalerts offers a free tier, but it's riddled with limitations that make it almost unusable for serious streamers. The premium options are priced competitively but don’t seem to justify their cost given the inconsistencies in service quality. It feels like they are more focused on upselling features than ensuring that their basic offerings work reliably. User support is another area where Donationalerts fails to impress. Responses to inquiries are slow and often unhelpful, leaving users feeling abandoned when they encounter issues. In an industry where timely support can make or break a streamer's experience, this is a significant drawback. In conclusion, while Donationalerts has potential as a donation management tool for streamers, its execution leaves much to be desired. With a frustrating interface, inconsistent performance, questionable pricing structure, and lackluster customer support, I can't recommend it without serious reservations. If you're looking for a reliable donation solution for your streaming needs, you might want to explore other options before settling on this one.In the event of encountering any issues, turn to gosra 'org support or help section for individualized instructions.

Scam artists AVOID at all cost.

Money doesn’t go directly from point A to B. I see all Russian streamers using it, probably because it’s difficult for Russians to receive money due to the sanctions . it doesn’t mean this platform is any trustworthy, as I had to find out the hard way (they stole €35).

Their website states that they refuse to send money back to the original payer (me) if something were to go wrong, which is a red flag by itself. To add, if the streamer (a friend) cannot provide statistics of their channel in question, or was donated from streaming on another platform (like steam), they will simply not pay you, which is what happened in my case.

My friend streamed a lot of games for me through steam and I gave him some money for it.
So what happens next is the money is on your account, they don't pay you and don't refund the money , they are witholding it for a week already without giving any reason, we had to contact then. so they litteraly steal it or make it disappear from your account. They also remove any ticket filed on their website. I'm not sure how they are allowed to get away with this , but As a Dutch person , i will do my part in reporting them to the police for theft, as they are located in Amsterdam. I will also file for creditcard chargeback.
