Ignore the fake reviews

Ignore the fake reviews. This website is good for nothing an account opened fraudulently with my name and detail money tanked from my bank account yet they’re telling me that under their terms of conditions as the money was spent. I’m not entitled to a refund. How incompetent are you? If I did not open this account nor did I give permission to anyone you have illegally accepted the money and you allow someone to open an account with no verification absolute crooks.

I won £14,000 not paid out

I won £14,000 ,they took the momey back , i have played on there for a couple years never had a massive win
I was building g up through the ranks of mafia room , you get a percentage of your playing amount back which they say is wager free or your able to just cash out no obligation. I got £27 decided to just play it (remember wager free or free cash out). To my amazement I won a bonus rounds and couple hundred from £1 bet , I carried on and kept winning bonus rounds swapping between games so I then bought buy bonus rounds , won a few lost a few but built up to around £3000 (amazed by this as I'd putalot on for months no return) I then bought a bonus on pray for threes game and got a max win (first ever and went into shock of the luck I'd had ) , I withdrew £5000 as that was a daily limit , i went on a couple days after to do another withdrawal and my winnings were gone , everything, I was gutted , I checked my email and they said I had won too much money with the £27! , remember i could have cashed it out then re deposited it and no strings attached as it was cash to withdraw on wagering equipments, email said won too much we will let you keep the £5000 you've withdrawn as a hood will gesture ? Have a nice rest of you day . That's it . I emailed back & forth stating about wager free or cash withdrawal but nothing asked for terms & conditions multiple times to show how they think they are correct but nothing , I clicked on t&cs on site just got blank page and in the mafia room terms nothing to say about a maximum amount to win , my heart is gutted it was life changing amount and they've ripped it away , ive complained but nothing back

They've blocked my withdrawals for a month now and won't pay out £500. They claim there's some kind of investigation after over a year of playing and two verifications. They refuse to provide any information about what's going on. They're just thieves. The question is, where's the cybercrime protection for a site like this to operate without a license?
