No woollen Sweater & no refund either

We had email contact with Donal at Donegal Sweaters, also named Raithlin Sweaters it seems.

€99 was paid by paypal link and I got email confirmation of the order. The money went out of our bank then. All in time for Xmas '24 gift.
And that was the last I heard of them! I have tried contacting Donal and the company by email multiple times, the number doesn't seem to exist and the paypal it turned out was a guest account and so doesn't appear on my account.
Furious, esp. as Donal answered my initial enquiry apparently helpfully.
