BIG SCAM

Ordering from Donika Loci was one of the biggest regrets of my life. I placed an order a full month before my birthday, and she personally guaranteed through WhatsApp that the gown would arrive on time. Not only did it arrive late, but there was also zero communication — no apology, no update, no accountability. Just complete silence.

When the dress finally showed up, I was slapped with an unexpected $500 customs bill — a charge her team never once mentioned during the order process. And unfortunately, that was only the beginning.

What I received was nothing like the photos she posts online. The gown was a disaster: cheap, low-quality fabric, rhinestones falling off, loose threads everywhere, and it didn’t even fit. It looked and felt like a knockoff from a random online scam store. Absolutely heartbreaking.

I tried to contact her through every channel — WhatsApp, Instagram, email — and was completely ignored. No resolution, no refund. Just silence, and then she blocked me. The level of disrespect is shocking.

Donika presents herself on TikTok and Instagram as some kind of luxury designer — but in reality, she’s a teenager running a fake “brand” with zero professionalism, no customer support, and no idea how to run a real business. The 5-star reviews? Most likely fake, written by friends or bought accounts.

I lost $1,500 USD on this. This was supposed to be my birthday gown — instead, it turned into one of the most upsetting shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

If she continues like this, it’s only a matter of time before her entire brand collapses. What she’s running is not a business — it’s a scam built on smoke and mirrors.

Avoid Donika Loci at all costs. The quality is terrible, the customer service is nonexistent, and the owner has no integrity.
