DonJoy elbow brace
Originally I ordered my DonJoy elbow brace from a company in Narellan (NSW), who turned out to be impossible to contact, not taking phone calls, responding to emails or sending me an elbow brace that I'd paid for. Living 600 kms away I couldn't visit the shop to ask where my brace was.
Disillusioned and frustrated for being ripped off, I reached out to DonJoy in America to let them know of my poor customer experience.
They contacted Enovis, in French's Forest (NSW) who have picked up my order. Natalie, Customer Service and Returns Manager, has been exceptional, making sure the ordered brace had arrived, fits or if there is anything else they can help with.
Thank you Natalie for the excellent customer support. Five star rating, for communication, pricing, punctuality, integrity. I'd be happy to do business with Enovis in the future and have recommended them to others.
