I used to order from here a lot at the beginning, Not so much now, Don't like how it has changed. However, I did just see a flash sale and was going to order some items. Unable to see how to redeem awards, This has changed too and not for the better, I am partially blind and it is very confusing. I tried the online chat but noone available at the weekend, Guess I will lose out
Just got a response from chat to say I can't use mt rewards on Sale items, Sure it wasn't always the case, My be wrong. Still, Won't be ordering there anymore, Such a shame when companies grow and change with it but not for the better

Hate writing a bad review as Donna is lovely but felt as no choice. Her make up brushes are advertised as ‘lasting a lifetime’ and award winning quality. I purchased a set of brushes in 2020, put away for a gift but didn’t send. Decided to open the set to use one of the double ended brushes myself this year, the brush came apart within a few weeks so I attempted to glue back together. It came apart again so I emailed customer service with a photo of the brush and also the rest of the set which shows all the brushes unused still in the nets.
There was no acknowledgement that the brush was faulty and just a standard reply that no refunds are given after a year.
Donna gifts thousands of pounds worth of products to celebrities but her customer service did not seem to think it was appropriate to send a returning customer a replacement brush for probably the cost of less than £10. The best they could do is offer me 20% off another brush.
The product is obviously not award winning quality or a-brush that lasts a lifetime as stated on Donna’s instagram.
Poor customer service, a returning customer lost for less than a tenner.
I shall purchase my future brushes from MAC as I have an existing set that a purchased over 10 years ago still going strong. Sadly I will not shop at Donna May London again as I have received better customer service at Next. I was disappointed with the quality of the brush but this could’ve been resolved to ensure that I left with a good customer experience. Also just be aware not to stockpile products which I often do for gifts, as if faulty down the line then no consideration is given. I was hoping I could load photo evidence but I don’t think it is possible on this platform.

I have been buying Donna May for years and have always been thrilled with the products I have purchased. I would definitely recommend the make up brushes. I bought the set and they really make putting on makeup so much easier. All the tips and hints on Facebook and Instagram are very helpful and enjoyable. The lay flat makeup bag is a must have also. I have bought various types of makeup over the years and have always enjoyed these products.

Absolutely stunning products, from the packaging, the items & the gorgeous smell of the brush cleaner as I opened the packaging. I am truly in love with your fab range. Will definitely be recommending you to all my friends

I absolutely love Donna May London and have bought quite a few things over the past few years. The thrill on opening the box when the delivery arrives is just the beginning. Such a high end experience - I absolutely love it. The products themselves have never disappointed - a lot of thought has obviously been taken into their product design and functionality. My latest purchase has been the pink compression packing cubes - which I am in love with. Soft pink - lovely to the touch - zip quality oozes quality. Staying with travel I also love my knickknack bag in metallic pink - love it so much that I am waiting on delivery of my second one. I could go on and on. Great presents unless like me you want them all for yourself. You will not be disappointed . . . Annie P.

I bought a lot of items having followed Donna for a while. I found both the lipsticks to be very drying and not what her or the description states at all. I'm not alone! There was a long thread on her Facebook page saying the same thing from lots and lots of other women, so am not alone. Guess what, it was deleted! I suspect my requested reviews for their website will be deleted too.
The make up brushes are very cheap, tweezers unusable. The only thing that was good was the brush cleaner. All I can say ladies is don't buy into the hype and take your hard earned cash elsewhere. Their customer service was appalling too when asking for a refund. A small company, with short sighted customer service mentality.
