Too bad I wish there were an option that I can choose 0 star. The customer service is horrible. I call it Scam. Well because it's scam! The product is not as described. Watch out. I'm telling you that it's not the same as described or seen on the website.

My case, I ordered a jacket but received the wrong color. I requested the refund or exchange because they made a mistake. I shipped the item back but they are saying that I didn't ship the item within 5 days, so they won't give me the refund lol what a joke.

Incredibly annoying. They should have paid for the shipping cost but they have not even refunded? Joke.

Anyway, Do Not buy anything from this Chinese company.

Product came as described. I ordered a t-shirt for my 11 year old, perfect in size and the quality is satisfying as well. We waited a bit longer for the delivery but totally worth it!

Fraud. SCAM SCAM. This company is based in China and they are a plain RIP OFF operation. They take your money and send inferior quality goods. They send the wrong size and style and refuse to refund. This is a bunch of Chinese Criminals. Run when you see the name Dono Mano.

I messaged Larry about a problem with my order and he took care of it. Awesome company that cares about the consumer!

I cannot fault the customer service agents at Manomano, they should train others on how to offer flawless customer service

This is a scam website. I bought a large sports jacket from them, the jacket I received in the mail would not fit my 10 year old nephew. They gave me a return mailing address, the only way to get 100% of my money back to return the item. I have now spent $8, twice, in shipping because they address they provide me is not able to be located by USPS. Every time I try to return the item, it comes back unable to locate address... They refuse to refund my money for a miniature sports jacket because the address they give me is fake. Good luck with your purchase!

This is total rubbish and you are actually buying your product from yet another company called something 'fidgetspinners'. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE crooks. The product is from China and the company are based in Miami

Pésimo ! Sus artículos se ven de buena calidad en las fotos y no son tan económicos. Me compre un abrigo de $1,300 , llego dos meses después y la tela se veía extremadamente chafa , me quedo pequeño , tambiem me compre una sudadera blanca y la tela igual lo más chafa que había , ni siquiera era sudadera era una lycra horrible , no nefasto , no compren ahí.

Awful ! Their articles in picture looks good but , the quality is the worst and not so cheap i spent $98 usd for a coat and a sweatshirt , besdes the quality the both did’t fixed. The only have me back $11 usd, don’t buy there really the worst shop ever!

Beware, They are fraud!!! I ordered a trench coat from their website. The item I received after 2 months of waiting was totally different from what I ordered. When I asked for refund they just refused it. I was ripped off!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Shipping took 4 weeks from China, shirt was poor quality and extremely undersized, asked for a refund and they wanted me to pay more in return shipping costs than the cost of the actual shirt, lied to me via email multiple times

WARNING do not order from them. Scam. Ordered items and never received them. Ordered in oct and it is now March. Kept being told to be patient. I disputed with my credit card company and for my money back. They never responded to my emails but when the card gave me my money back they were quick to email
And respond to my emails asking me to reverse the charge back and my items were on the way. Huge hassle and head. Wish I read these reviews.

This is not a scam but a very very poorly run company with no possible ability to return a product. Also they take 2 months to ship an item to you -- because I later learned they ship from CHINA! Slow boat.

Their email response is cryptic at best. I also went through PayPal and they escalated my ticket. I spoke with some in their claims department who assured me that I could return the jacket and they would reimburse me up to to $30 for the return freight. Then the next day I got an email confirmation of that. Then an hour later they rescinded that offer and stated the seller refused the return and therefore PayPal had to refuse my return. WTH?

The jacket itself was a cool style ... i so WANTED to like it. But the hardware and zippers are cheap and the shape is very odd. It's boxy and weird shaped.

PayPal has yet to settle another return I made to REVOLVE which only credited me one of 2 items I returned. I'm still hassling with them after 2 months. Never again.

I won't use PayPal any more. Their previous convenience has been superseded by poor customer services. I will go to the giant Amazon first as their return policy and customer service has been nothing but stellar for as a Prime member.

I would like to return an item, because the size of a jacket wasn't as expected. I have send reminders over and over to this company and sometimes I get an answer with actually no good comment (i cannot work with it). Anyway, the jacket is still here, after weeks. the company is willing to sell a lot but steps away for some problems. Do do any business with this company is my advice.

Purchased two jackets from seller. Only one jacket arrived while the 2nd had an invalid tracking #. I started off by reaching out to seller to be reimbursed for 2nd jacket, then filing a claim with PayPal stating that I'd be happy with a partial refund of my money for the jacket that never came. No response so I escalated the claim and was told by PayPal to send back what ever items I may have received from seller. I shipped back the one jacket that did arrive, but was only reimbursed half. PayPal closed my claim stating that I stated that I'd be happy with a partial reimbursement... what the hell. I tried calling PayPal and seller, but to no avail. Don't waste your money

Totally waste of time and money. I ordered three items, and they arrived in 3 weeks from China. they look like a cheap material.... shipped back to address in Miami followed their retuned policy. Haven’t gotten my money back or get any response back from this Scam website.

The jacket I ordered came 2 months after I ordered it. It looked like garbage. It was also about 5 sizes too small. Their refund policy is probably as old as the internet itself. Which isn't a good thing.
