Where to start? Quality, Honesty and Reliability are the first three words I think of when you mention Do Not Age! It shows up in their People, Products and Professionalism. Just Crisp to work with and spot on accuracy whether it be from the research they support to the way they defend our rights as consumers of key life-supporting and therefore life-changing ingredients. To the person they have exemplified the partnership in both my research and scientific work with the best ingredients and readily answer questions honestly and transparently. From researchers to the warehouse crew shipping orders and helping with questions and overcoming the limitations of third party shipping companies. In my strong opinion you can not do better than DoNotAge as a partner in your health and longevity! Highly recommended!!

Charlie was very helpful, competent and efficient

I was upset and confused on the products that I ordered in quantity. I usually count on by how many canister per categories. They go by the number of grams per canister. They don't use the word canister only gram. I realized that they are doing it differently. It was about a week for going back and forth via email communication and finally I asked for the company rep to call me. It was solved and I am happy, because I understand how they operate it. This guy, Charlie provided me a great attentive and customer service!

Knowing that the staff has the experience/expertise to explain what every product does and is intended to do makes me feel confident and that’s why I feel good about taking NMN,TMG,APIGENIN,vitamin D&K2 among other supplements

I have just been taking a few of the supplements since May. I am a 59 year old female. Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, degenerative disk and the list goes on. I have been a personal trainer for 30 years and still lift weights daily trying to keep going! A physician friend told me he has been taking NMN from this company and it was a game changer for him so I have added it to my large list of supplements. I am feeling better and will be researching others from this company to see if I should add them. They are very good about answering any questions I email them about. I appreciate this especially because I try to do a LOT of research about any supplement I take.

I have been a customer of DoNotAge for more than 6 years now and no one bests this company on quality of product or service . What about price ? There are some companies out there who offer lower prices I’ve seen several of them and in the first year tried a few . I won’t make that mistake again . There is a reason for their lower price it’s lower quality and in some cases like anything you buy on Amazon is no quality . Seriously DoNotAge will save you money in the long term. Friends of mine who I recommended DoNotAge too thought they could save money too and they even came back to me saying hey NMN does not work - only to discover they bought it from some supplier that must have made it in their bathtroom with and added some baking soda and flour. They learned the hard way . I also love their continuous solid advice about how to combine their products , when to take them and they make it very clear DoNotAge products are not the holy grail and encourage everyone to exercise, watch your diet and sleep. Oh they continue to introduce new products but only after they do their own research and there are no new products every week . Instead they are very selective about what they introduce. Shout out to the support team especially Samantha , Tom, Charlie and the rest who go out of their way to fix any issues weigh deliveries . One time it was my mistake and they solved that problem too without me having to pay . They are loyal to their loyal customers. Alan Graves has done an amazing job building this company ,.

The products are always of consistently good quality, and we tend to order regularly—so I’d absolutely recommend them. One product I find particularly useful is the combination capsule that includes Magnesium, Vitamin D3, and K2. Since I often pack supplements when I travel, this reduces the number of separate capsules from three to one, which saves space in my kit as I tend to take quite a few different supplements. The dosage is slightly lower than taking the individual capsules, but the difference isn’t significant enough to matter in practice.
