Donrams fail their customers

I bought some leather for a desk. It did not arrive in the suggested time so I contacted Donrams. They replied and sent me the tracking details. I tracked it for several more days when suddenly it announced it was back with the courier as it had been delivered but the person had refused delivery. I immediately contacted Donrams explaining the courier had obviously not delivered it to the correct address as it hadn’t arrived and I would not have rejected it . They didn’t reply so as it was now over the 20 days stated in the policy for a full refund I requested my money back , I even copied their terms and conditions to them . They replied saying I had to contact the courier. The courier is a non contactable organisation from the buyer’s side . I have informed them of this but they are not responding. It’s under £12 which may seem very little but I also have to buy another piece so it’s becoming expensive. I would never deal with them again .
