I had a great experience with Don's…

I had a great experience with Don's Photo. Their team was very helpful and took the time to look into a camera issue I was experiencing. Even though it turned out not to be a camera defect, they were professional, supportive, and exchanged the camera without any hassle. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall. I would definitely recommend Don's Photo to anyone looking for camera gear and reliable support.

Customer service is 10/10/ Fast at…

Customer service is 10/10/ Fast at replying on emails. Very nice people to talk on the phone. They prioritize your shipment when you need it. Clare Del Monte was very helpful when I need my product for express shipping. She requested the express shipping and I get it the next day which is July 29, 2020.
