In our return policy states that the returns are for the customer, and we can explain why. What do you exactly mean with pay twice?
We offer free worldwide shipping. So we pay these costs for all of our customers to thank them for their loyalty. If we also pay for all returns, we can't exist. Only very big companies can offer this since they have a lot more possibilities.
We are a hard working company and our team tries to do everything to deliver the best service possible for our customers and give them the best experience possible. Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with it.
