Very friendly guy, not pushing. Was honest and open. Explained everything and if I didnt understand then went through it again. Didn't use jargon that i had no chance of understanding. The marketing team, whom I meet at ASDA Watford last week, tried to sell me British Gas products by providing wrong charges of my existing energy provider compared to BG. So, a warning to people not to fall for their marketing gimmicks and signup on the spot. Be careful and Don't Waste your Time (DWT).
