Both receptionist and doctor were professional, friendly and very helpful. There was no wait. I walked in and saw doctor within 5 minutes. I would recommend and will return.

The receptionist Nita is absolutely incredible and so helpful. She was a pleasure to deal with. Along with Dr Sabrina, such a kind and caring doctor that was able to help with every single worry i had. Truly lovely women.

I arrived with my son at18.35, 25 mins before they close. I was told 4 people were ahead of us and we could not be seen. We were advised to use the online service and get a telephone consult.
We completed the online form paid the fee and never got any consult. We callled back in to the clinic to ask how long we should expect to wait, they had no more patients at 18.50 (could have seen us) and told us we would have max 45 min wait. I’ll be seeking a refund as we had to go to ShannonDoc in the end. They only charge after they have given the consult! This online service is shocking, like a scam! We never got the consult we paid for

I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr. Sabrina in Limerick. I came in for a simple consultation to get a prescription reissued and was charged €50 ($80 CAD), only to be given a prescription that multiple pharmacists later told me was written incorrectly and couldn’t legally be filled.

When I contacted the doctor’s office to fix the issue, I was brushed off with a vague “we’ll pass it on,” and no real sense of urgency—despite the fact that I rely on this medication and can’t just stop taking it. It was incredibly stressful, and completely avoidable had the prescription been written properly in the first place.

Beyond that, the consultation itself was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Dr. Sabrina was dismissive of my existing diagnosis of anorexia, even though it’s formally documented. She acted as though she didn’t believe me, which was hurtful and demeaning. She also seemed unsure about basic details of the medication, like what was written on my previous prescription, which didn’t inspire confidence.

I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone, especially those dealing with ongoing health issues. It felt careless, unkind, and unprofessional.

I had to visit the Limerick clinic with my 84 year old Mother in law on last Sunday afternoon. The receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.
The doctor was really pleasant , she put my Mother in law at ease , and took time to get her full medical history. She wrote a letter for the Emergency department in the hospital as my mother in law needed to be admitted. I would 100% recommend this clinic .

I paid the fee online for a phone call appointment. I waited and received no call. I rang to say it was already 1.5 hours late and was told it would be soon. Still received no call now and it's over three hours late. Not much good to me now at nearly 10:00pm

Visited the Limerick clinic on my lunch break from work. In and out in 15/20 mins. Receptionist was very kind and helpful and the Doctor I saw was excellent and sent forward prescription to the chemist.
A very positive experience. I wasn’t able to secure an appt with my GP until the following day.

The Griffin Daly medical team in Limerick have provided a superb service and support to my family and I over the past 20yrs. Whether it be support dealing with serious illness or day to day family/children's care, the team of doctors, nurses and support staff have been professional, caring and proactive at all times. I would like to particularly mention and thank Dr. Gillian Daly who has provided superb intervention and advice as has Geraldine the practice nurse. I always know that the end to end health needs of my family and I will always be looked after. Thank you!

Such a refreshing experience. (Limerick) The receptionist is soo lovely and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor herself was attentive and checked EVERYTHING just for a cold. Really good place and not crazy priced either, I’m a student and I could afford it.

Limerick: Excellent efficient service and a very professional and engaging receptionist. I would recommend it to all in need of a walk-in service.

AVOID. Be very careful! The doctor here prescribed a cocktail of pain-relief drugs to a family member that was deemed 'highly dangerous' by our local pharmacist- especially when taken together. One of the 3 prescribed pills was 'pregabalin' ( also known as 'coffin tablets') which is currently under investigation in Britain. It is apparently highly addictive has been linked to the deaths of thousands of patients. If you are prescribed medication by this doctor make sure you double check with your pharmacist; don't take her word for it. In my experience dealing with this doctor she appears to be very casual, uninformed and carefree.

Excellent service for everday illnesses. Especially as its so hard to get an appointment with your own gp these days. Very professional and personable service. The receptionist in Limerick is a gem and nothing is too much trouble. Would absolutely recommend this clinic

I was pleasantly greeted and initially dealt with by the friendly receptionist. I was seen by the doctor within about 10 mins after my arrival. The doctor was professional, attentive and spent the time to talk to me and fully investigate my health concerns. I would highly recommend this service and I will most definitely be returning should the need ever arise. Thank you

Friendly staff, seen quickly, and the doctors care about listening to what brought you in - instead of instant diagnosis. Never feel rushed.
