As Always Doola is one of the best in the Business.
last year they assisted in setup of my company in USA very smoothly and today a gentleman Amit Doshi help me very efficiently and professionally in Annual Tax Returns submission.

My first time forming an LLC and doola has made it a great experience by just taking a single day from an idea to reality.

Our experiences have been great so far! Doola are really good at communicating and letting you know what they are working on and if they need any additional action from your part. We worked with Chandni and she has given us a great service. Would highly recommend!

Exercise extreme caution. The fees associated with the LLC are substantial and will recur without your consent.

Great price. Even though we are a c-corp fund which isn’t their target market they have been able to do our books. Sheetal did a great job as bookkeeper.

When I had a complaint they were responsive.

Improvements:
- ask the client for feedback in a structured way, maybe monthly
- DONT USE THE DEFAULT CHART OF ACCOUNTS. The default categorizations don’t make sense for every biz (in fact the default categorizations had duplicates like “food and travel” and “food&travel.” Part of the onboarding should be getting the chart of accounts from the client which they don’t do.

Adding basic processes like Onboarding and Feedback would solve a lot of problems.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Doola. The support team is extremely fast in responding to inquiries and always provides clear and helpful answers. Whenever I needed assistance — especially with IRS and EIN documentation — they were quick to step in and resolve it efficiently.

go for it , i was worried when i saw reddit posts few neg comments but got my LLC formed within 2 3 days and EIN took around 3 weeks , if you are in from india this is best go for it

I used Doola to set up my U.S.-based LLC from abroad, and overall, the experience was smooth and straightforward. The platform is well-designed, and they make the process easy for non-U.S. residents, especially when it comes to forming an LLC and getting an EIN. Having everything under one roof—formation, banking, tax filing—is a huge plus.

That said, I do think the pricing could be a bit more competitive. While the services are convenient, the annual cost can add up quickly, especially when adding compliance or bookkeeping features. There are other options on the market that offer similar features for less.

Also, while the support team is helpful and knowledgeable, response times can be slow, especially when you're on a tight schedule or have urgent questions. Faster communication would make a big difference in the overall customer experience.

Still, I appreciate what Doola is trying to do, and I’d recommend it to other founders—especially those outside the U.S.—but I hope they work on improving pricing flexibility and support turnaround.
