They surely delivered a sturdy profile by the name of cortizo and the pvc was smart companies. They will be working on the roof to create a bespoke glass house for residents to attend to there gardens and consists of shaped triangular windows which i have seen in production. I am proud to say that all went perfectly fine and the process was simple as they took on most of the technical detailing and recommended the perfect products to us. The only shortfall was the time of the PVC doors which went afew days over schedule but was given a better price due to this, very decent of them, do try if in the market for new windows and doors

Unfortunately I am having to leave a negative review as Avi has been completely ignoring my calls and messages for a few weeks now. I had patio doors installed around 2 years ago and was initially happy with them, however recently the door stopped locking and there was a break in as a result. The locksmith brought in to fix the issue stated that the doors had not been correctly fitted (inadequate packing) leading to movement which meant the lock no longer lined up. I informed Avi, hoping that the guarantee promised on his website would cover this, but after dismissing my comments on the phone, he ended the call then proceeded to ignore any further contact with me. Extremely disappointing and unhelpful.

Jay from doorwins really helped us complete the work early , 36 aluminium windows and 9 front and back doors were all supplied to very good standard and the sliders were sturdy. The service was great and we were given Al the help required, would use again in a heartbeat

doorwins delivered a great sturdy product which was a perfect frame fit, the gap was minimal and the profile is top class, we went for 17 units in all with most being aluminium sliding windows and french style front and patio doors. I would recommend them and use them again in the near future

good manufacture by doorwins company on our new apartment building project. They supplied all the units on time and then towards the last few units gave us a helping hand with finalising and finishings as the project was on a deadline and many of the windows and doors were bespoke designs so specialists were required. doorwins aluminium was welcoming and very helpful from start, the one thing i liked was zero pushy sales tactics, they measured our home and left us with an exact quote and let us get back to them. Doorwins assigned a very knowledgable person that knew all the answers to aluminium windows and doors for 27 new build homes, we have since had the doors and windows along with roof lights manufactured, supply and fit by the same firm, all went excellent to be fair , we did have a new commercial project that required a curtain walking but they didn’t waste our time and told us straight to go for another company that provide these facades as a single unit, good experience over all

originally searched for an aluminium supplier when we were left in a bad spot by a cow boy builder that was situated in southall of west london, these guys came to measure on a day that the builders were not at at the site and it saved us big time. We didnt say to doorwins staff that we hired a builder but rather went with the flow that me and my partner had done alot of DIY just to see if we would be praised and probably trying to save money. It turned out that alot of the structural work was bad and that we had infact had rotten wood in some frames of the windows and doors, the lanterns had joints which they had not see before and overall the site was really bad, once we knew all this after doorwins turned down the project as they could not supply us insurances, we done some research and had the council come in to check the building work, doorwins were spot on in advising and guiding what a shambles the site was and would never pass so being only 12 grand down so far we decided to stop any work with the contractors and let james know everything (doorwins rep). He continued to guide us and help find a builder that was renown for the work and one that they personally had used before, the building constructor (company) helped us massively by firstly taking care of all the bodge work done by priors and then secured the building getting a pass from council, now it was time for windows and doors and we went with no other than james assignee who supplied us the exact colour and sturdy frames we were looking for , the slide and glide systems are easy to handle for my grandma too and the kids , i would recommed this company with high standards of work and good at helping before thinking about money, they are safe to use for sure

whilst going over atleast 4 quotes from aluminium windows and doors suppliers in london we noticed that there were many advisables in this one, it had suggestions according to the drawings we supplied which showed us that the company actually goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the correct product is chosen and even saved us money along the way. My partner thought that a certain sliding system was the best way as it was highly priced and well spoken of but the team thought that this system would have caused us problems in the long run had we gone with it (even though it was more profit for them) , the fensa certificate covered everything and was supplied by the fitters as an extra and we have 10 years manufacturer warrantee with the warehouse eitherway so not an issue, i would recommend them and also will be using on property number 2 this summer, thanks guys

Doorwins referred me to VERGLASUNG LTD,

They straight up lied to me from day one, the windows arrived 3 months late, and some of them were single not double glazed (he refused to change them).

His fitters ruined my new carpets which I had to pay to get cleaned.

He is not FENZA certified, which he lied to me about, and I took multiple days off work when he told me they would fit the windows but they never turned up.

These guys are cowboy middle men who order windows from a supplier and don't make them like they tell you they do.

I had to pay £4000 to another tradesman to get the windows pointed and all the architraves sorted, and even painted, yes they fitted unpainted windows and told me that's how they come and I'd have to pay extra to have the timber ones painted.

Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys.

I'm currently talking to FENZA about the company that issued the certificate which I'd never heard of and I'm taking legal action.

2 x bifold doors (4 pane and 6 pane)
1 x Sliding style heavy aluminium
13 x casement and sliding sideways windows

So no small order that wasn’t pushed or tested to limits such as lead times and replacement glass , not everything was accounted for on the first delivery but those items were with us the very next day, no hesitation or excuses

Really bad experience with this company, paid over £8000 for patio doors and windows. The installation was rushed and had to redone due to leaking rooflights and crumbling mortar. Most of the glazing units have marks on the glass and although the company agreed to change these..... the replacement units then arrived with streaks and marks on the inside of the unit and were taken away four weeks ago. Since then they have not returned! Very poor communication and bad experience causing a lot of stress. Every time the sun shines all you can see are marks across the new windows and doors :( We are now considering paying a local glaziers to provide new glazing as we cant contact this company. AVOID

We've now used it more than once and for both aluminium and uPVC windows or doors, the west London branch helped us replace all our dealing homes' windows and doors and the central London team came out to our rented home in kensington and helped us change all the doors and main door for the tenants, tenants also told us they were a good company with very well manners, took away all the old units and rubbish, no need for skips on both occasions , luckily, will share with friends and family confidently

For the past four years, my team has been using doorwins group companies in Greater London, Buckinghamshire and other surrounding areas, and I want to be as honest as possible. In the past, there have been some bad times, such as when Corona hit, all supplies were put on hold, and recently, the snow just slowed our entire project down due to windows and doors deliveries. However, we have never experienced a refund or resupply issue, nor have we worried about quality or final delivery.

used this company for 6 new build homes in the buckinghamshire side of greater london, we had a very different type of design and very bespoke to the italian designer and developers. We had our doubts that units would not end up as required but was proved very wrong after there team delivered a great quality design for the aluminium tilt n turns with triangular shape frames. we have booked them in for the next full apartment block on aluminium doors and windows and a small mix of upvc

All the windows and doors were delivered to schedule , the project was done in 4 parts due to the scale of it and stage payments as well as stage delivery were all setup one after the other , finished product looks good

I have ordered and paid for 3 windows and 1 French door. Following a long delay and several delivery dates that never occurred, the company promised the date of delivery and installation. The windows and French have never been installed. The company set a date, believing the installation will be done, it did not happen at all. I have therefore requested a full refund due to the poor service and unreliability of this company.
