I ordered some base pants and had to return them for a size issue. My new pants were scheduled to arrive on 2/4 and we leave on 2/8 for a ski trip. UPS lost the item...never delivered it. I reached out to the Dope Snow team and spoke with Abby who jumped in and re-ordered the pants and express shipped them to me. They will arrive today just in time for our flight out tomorrow. This team went way above to make my experience positive. Now...let me tell you how soft and comfortable these base layers are. They are buttery soft and warm. Highly recommend!

I ordered my son a jacket, snowboard pants and gloves! It looks awesome and he loves how easy he can move in it. I had to exchange his gloves for a larger size and the customer service is amazing!!! Truly legendary service!

Ordered their ski pants and ski goggles - love them! Well made, stylish design and good quality. The sizing is also realistic and accurate. Fit me well.

Shame that they only ship to the US and selected countries (not Singapore). I used a parcel forwarding service.

I've used them for my two week ski trip to Japan. All good.

I had been having trouble getting my order through and my holiday is on the 1st so I’m cutting it close!! But Martin one of the advisors at door helped out so much when I was panicking he reassured me and put in steps to solve the problem! I would recommend this company as the designs as well as the people running it are fantastic!! Now I just need to see if these items fit 😳 wish me luck!!

Customer experience!! That sums up Dope’s company. We ordered a pair of snowboard pants for my son online. There was a mixup and we received the wrong size. Dopes customer service team went into overdrive and immediately remedied the problem. Not just that they went above and beyond. Giving my son a free beanie, making up for the order in an additional discount, and getting us the right size, and expediting all that so we didn’t miss our upcoming trip so we had all our gear. The pants are amazing quality great pockets, and match the dope jacket he got last year. We can all expect things to go wrong once in a while in a purchase and shipping economy, but it’s how they handled it and what they did differently than most that sets dope apart! I highly recommend.

I bought the soft shell snowboard - ski jacket in light grey. XL and was a great fit with wiggle room for layering up. You will need to because it’s only a shell but kept me warm and the waterproof element does the trick even on the snowiest day….great purchase and helpful team on chat and email too.

Can't wait to buy another pair and other pieces! I purchased these from the Renewed Collection as this is my first season and I didnt want to break the bank but wanted a quality product with a specific fit. These are exactly what I wanted and more! Material is durable and easy to clean, right amount of insulation, and just the fit I wanted (baggy but not to long or oversized.) I am 5'3 135lbs and wear the size medium. Perect number of right sized pockets and zippers for cooling in all the right places. Criss cross strap design and side zips/snaps make for easy on/off for those needed breaks. I ordered from a few other places at the same time and these by far were the better quality for the cost and fit exactly like I wanted, I returned everything from everywhere else to stick with the Dope Snow brand. Not to mention quick shipping and promise to stand behind their product. Definitely will be buying more!

I bought this blizzard full zip jacket on looks. It looks great but once wearing it I discovered that it's not warm in -5 conditions, it's more if a shell really, luckily mine is a loose fit so I up the layers. Also there's nowhere near enough pockets, 2 breast pockets on top of each other, giving u a large bump if your trying to fit all your stuff in there. 2 smallish hand pockets is it. Looks great but a bit disappointing.

Complete lack of contact, do not reply to email/FB. I sent back my jacket on 29 December. Until today 12 januar I have no information from the company or refund.

The size of the jackets, trousers are very unsuitable. You need to order several times to find your size.

eric was so helpful, coats are great! Wanted to return a coat (for color actual coat is great just changed my mind) but took off tag. Eric responded in <10min and was very helpful. Very kind and straight to the point, whole company is easily best customer service i've ever had. Very refreshing from usual unhelpful a.i chatbot "helpers"

I bought a DOPE skiing jacket not knowing what to expect. It’s honestly the best jacket I’ve had. Comfortable, well designed, and despite heavy snowfall, I was the only one in our group not to get wet! The hood offers perfect head and face coverage/protection from the elements without restriction. In my opinion it easily rivals brands at top of the market. Well done DOPE I’m a fan!

Amazing products even better staff. Such good quality ski stuff at sensible prices for the high quality. But it’s the staff who make Dope so easy to use, recently had dealings with Saher, Emmali and Hannah all were super helpful and put the customer first. Absolutely class
