Was my first order placed with dope snow. Almost $300.00 jacket - said 2 - 6 day delivery. 3 days later, I got an email saying my order has been returned and my refund will be processed. I chatted with customer service and they apologized and said they are unsure what happened.. I have to go and process a new order to receive this lol.. Now I purchased this jacket as a gift for someone else, so now I am out that money for a week.. cannot repurchase as it I have to wait for money to return to my account and then wait another 2 - 6 business days with fear of the same thing happening. I was also hoping to get this by a certain date to gift it. Customer service could not offer expedited shipping or any sort of discount for my inconvenience, they said they could throw in a free beanie with my new order. I said no thank you. I will be purchasing a jacket from elsewhere now, and will not recommend to others in future. Whether the shipping error is on their end or the couriers end, as a company it is your duty to make things right with your customers and I felt this company fell short..pretty disappointing when considering you are a first time customer. if quality was good i would've considered buying one for myself and others as well in future.

I really love this gear! I loved the jacket so much I went back for some of the snowpants too, the only thing I wasn't huge on is that the pit zips in the jacket don't have any mesh, it's just open to the inside when unzipped, I wish they mentioned that on website more obviously.

Hi ladies! I’m 54 with curves…probably not the target audience for this brand but I'm still riding and in need of new pants for my changing body. I’m 5’4, 140lbs, smaller waist and curvy hips/thighs! Based on the sizing guide, I tried the women’s Iconic in a medium but they were too snug so I swapped for a large SHORT. The length is perfect, plenty of room in the hips and thighs to accommodate a thick baselayer, and the waist system is clever! The velcro tabs on each side provide great adjustability and the random string thingy…well that actually cinches in the waist a bit more which is quite helpful. The only con I have for these pants is the crotch is dropped a little too much and feels strange when walking but it’s not noticeable when riding…definitely not a deal breaker. I’m keeping the pants and am thrilled to have so many great features at a reasonable price.

I went online to look for a gift card. Currently, SnowDope doesn't have gift cards as a product someone can purchase. I sent a generic email to the company asking if I missed seeing where gift cards were located on the website. Gary at SnowDope replied that gift cards were not currently on the website or offered by SnowDope. Huge mistake, SnowDope!

That could and should have been the end of Gary's reply but it wasn't. Gary sent me 3 customized PDFs to use to gift my Christmas gift for my soon to be daughter in law. She had asked for money to purchase a SnowDope snowboarding jacket.

Many thanks, Gary! You took a disappointing situation and made it very pleasant. I will purchase from Snow Dope in the future not because of the website, quality products or company name, but because of the customer service provided by Gary.

Pleasantly surprised with the great service and ahead of scheduled delivery. Some of these reviews and the site's own statement about delivery issues made me reluctant to shop with them. So I initiated an online chat with an extremely helpful company rep (didn't seem to be a bot, but an actual live human being) who assured me shipping was going okay these days. And sure enough, our daughter's snowboard jacket arrived a few days ahead of the slated delivery date. I'll weigh back in on the quality of the jacket after Christmas, but it's a really good looking jacket.

I bought a snowboard jacket and after two days and some small fall you are torn in some areas.
If you are a beginner and you usually fall, this is not your jacket. It's a shame that the material is not more resistant.
After two in the snow it doesn't meet my expectations, beautiful but not very resistant.

I loved this product as soon as I came across the website. The product arrived on the fourth day after ordering, just as it says on the website. The product itself is fantastic, very warm and made of quality materials. The size is exactly what I wanted. I will be more than happy to order anything from you again.

Ordered 2 full outfits from Dope Snow. UPS messed up with the posting and it kept getting delayed day after day, I paid for express. 8 days later I still haven't received my parcel, I spoke to UPS multiple times and they were no help. When I spoke to Ashleigh I think her name was, she helped me through it all. Offered a refund on the shipping and sent out another parcel with the same items due to this... I cannot thank her enough. I cannot fault Dope Snows customer service atall.

Emma and Sara are absolute rockstars! They are so responsive, and have helped me out with my every need. I seriously cannot recommend this brand enough. Shout out to the DopeSnow team for actually caring about quality customer service. These two deserve a raise if you ask me!

I’ve been looking to buy decent clothes for the abysmal seasons we have here in the UK. NOTHING ever fitted well, especially mens hiking/outdoor pants - even the coats come with at least 2 parts with a fleece.

DOPE waterproofed seems got a blast from an Icelandic waterfall Seljalandsfoss and held up absolutely brilliantly.

The toggles on the bottom of the pants are a god send, I’m not into the flared look. The jacket I bought is boss, wear warm and rather cool at the same time. The zipped vents at the side are great but I feel like there’s a design that could be incorporated there in the future. There’s so many pockets it’s absolutely great.

Those late nights in the VW camper are going to be a whole lot more comfortable thanks to DOPE!

I have ordered from dope multiple times, the products and services have always been perfect. I’ve had 3 full outfits and multiple pairs of gloves, mittens, neck warmers, base layers and hoodies. All spot every time 👌🏻

I have read a few reviews on the dope collection I have bought two jackets two hoodies and 3 t shirts all of them have been excellent customer service team have always remained in contact throughout every delivery they have been great to deal with.
I bought a new pair of snowboard pants for last season a hole appeared in the first day of using them the only day as I threw them out in hindsight I shouldn’t of done because I never gave the team a chance to rectify the situation if I did going on previous orders am sure they would of helped overall get the gear it’s great.

Laura was so helpful, and fixed my problem in 2 minutes, literally. I have honestly never had such responsive, understanding, and kind customer service. Someone give this girl a raise!!

I just received my Blizzard jacket. It has exceeded my expectations. I was looking some for something very similar to an old Helly Hansen jacket for spring skiing. I hit the jackpot when I found Dope Snow! It has almost all of the features that I wanted. Under arm zips, Pocket zips and a front zipper that is pretty sturdy. The front placket to cover the zipper is excellent. Velcro and snap holds it together very well. The hood is adjustable in the front and the back (not removable which is okay for me.) I'm glad that the neck area is not hard or stiff at all as it would rub against your chin. Also, velcro closures at the wrist with thumbholes. It does have something for your earbuds but I do wish it had an inner pocket for my phone. I would use the front pocket maybe for my ski pass, license, whatever. But I would want my phone more protected on the inside of my jacket. Otherwise, the fabric is great and recycled! This is a jacket that I would definitely recommend.
