Locked Out After Winning $3,000
I am currently located in Oregon, where playing on your platform is legal, and my VPN is completely turned off.
However, every time I try to log into my account, I receive a pop-up stating that I am in a restricted location and instructing me to turn off my VPN and wait 30 seconds before trying again. This happens every single time, even though my VPN is already disabled.
It appears that my account has been intentionally blocked after I won approximately $3,000, preventing me from accessing my account and withdrawing my winnings. I find this extremely concerning and would like an immediate explanation. Please investigate this issue and restore access to my account as soon as possible.
There is no customer support or anyone I can contact to resolve this issue.
