I placed my order then 3 days later it was canceled stating items not in stock.

I never received my order. And now you want my review? ZERO STARS. my order was 4392. I tried calling too. No response and hung up on.

I didn't know you were shipping from China and it would take a month to get my package

The package was needed, said 1-2 days shipping, and took 13 days.

I ordered two different products. First one delivered in a week or so the second one took over 6 weeks to be delivered. I even emailed the company inquiring about where the product was as I had been charged for it but I got absolutely no response then after 6 weeks when I had given up hope of ever seeing that item I got it in the mail. By that time I had already purchased the same item from another source. Thanks Doptop for your excellent customer service.

Product arrived timely and was easy to set up. My husband uses it every day and we even send files to the doctor. That's how you get a doctor to call you back. Show him the readout.

Ordered Ting anti fungus cream which I could find nowhere locally. Ting was the only thing that could cure crotch rot in Vietnam in the mid 1960’s. I’m hoping the formula hasn’t changed and that the anti fungal still works.
