Great developer for house project …

Dorian developments have just completed a new development in Croydon .
The house has been built according to plans and they have achieved an excellent result on a tricky plot. Finished to high speculation inside and out house on Carlyle Road will make an excellent home for a new owner.
Dorian developments offer high quality of finish and modern technology. They are respectful of neighbours during building work and I would highly recommend them for any future development work.

I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Dorian Developments. From start to finish they were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. The quality of workmanship was excellent, the team were tidy and respectful, and everything was completed on time and as promised. Communication throughout was clear and reassuring. I would highly recommend Dorian Developments to anyone looking for high-quality building work.

Attention to detail and the simplicity of the process really impressed me

I was introduced to Dorian via a recommendation from a colleague, i recently sold a property and decided against buying for the time being, i took this alternative route and was not expecting much other then information at this stage. I was so impressed by Dorians knowledge and the projects he has picked up in such a short time, he also explained i will be kept informed along the way and he has delivered.

Dorian is my client. He is a very knowledgeable, smart and safe developer with a keen eye on profit.

We have 2 deals going through financing at the moment which are looking good.
