This is a complete scam , I pre ordered a figure and now they took my money and they out of business, they don't respond they don't answer phone calls , complete crap these people , there should be a option to give 0 stars and there should be a way I could get my money back but there is not , worst experience ever
This is,by far, the worst collectors site out there. They have the absolute worst customer service and inventory management I've ever seen. They attempted to scam me by not delivering figures in an order but never refunded me, only adjusting the invoice they sent with the only figure they delivered, unresponsive when I attempted to reach them, I finally contacted my bank and had the amount refunded which they in turn also fought and I had to spend a ton of my personal time to recover the money they flat out stole from me. Their only response to this was "inventory issues happen" not a sorry for wasting your time, nothing. Before this issue I had been recommended to them by a friend who claimed good experiences, every single time I've ordered from dorkside toys there has been an issue with my order and the order always ships WEEKS after being place. This is BY FAR the worst collectible shop out there, please do yourself and the collectible community a favor and do not purchase from these crooks!
Dorksidetoys delivered, it took a few days to process my order for the 1/4 scale Neca Leonardo & Michaelangelo but it shipped 3 to 4 days after ordering. That is the only area in which they could improve. My package arrived and the figures were packaged nicely and in great condition when they arrived. This completed my set. Thank you Dorksidetoys.
