Our backs and my hips felt so much better pretty much after the first night and getting out of bed in the morning is wonderful not painful. Definitely happy with it!

What made my experience great was I tried other toppers and wasted money. When my body came in contact with Dormeo I said oh my God. The next day I didn't want to get out of bed it was so comfortable. I woke up with energy. I have fibromyalgia and resting well is part of my self care Dormeo provides that. Your company delivered on time and promised what Dormeo would do. A promise kept, is a promise delivered. Ive told my entire family. Thank you

I purchased several highly touted items
I purchased a pillow, new white sheets and the topper a few months ago. The pillow i was told was great for side sleepers. Well it is hard and flat but one of my Shih Tzu's does like it for a bed. I actually got a sore head trying to use it. And no neck support as it is flat. Y'all get 2 starts as I do like the material for the sheets. However, they do not hold even with the flimsy bands, onto the 16 inch total bed depth. Plus the top sheet is so small that it barely goes over the sides of the bed. I have sheets from another company that I spent the same amount on. They stay on the bed with deeper pockets and stronger bands. Then onto the "comfortable" topper. Was it suppose to be taller then an inch? Gives no support. My old Amazon topper that I paid much less for but did wear out, was actually comfortable. This is more board like. I would have returned long ago but being limited to canes and a walker and living alone it just was impossible. Finally after waking again with a sore back and muscles I am taking the moment to review the products. Obviously for many they work out well , but not at all for me.

However, we understand that 'feel' or comfort level is subjective—what feels soft or firm can vary from person to person. Please note that it is not unusual for the topper to feel firmer for the first 30 days of use, before it's fully adjusted to your sleep.

Pretty much everything, your commercial says one thing your company says another. You CAN Not get a person to call you back ….. my Credit Card number was attempted to be used a few days after I placed the order , NO ONE else but the person I placed the order with had the front and back numbers to my card . As American Express is different than most any other cards . My credit card company stopped the charge luckily. The whole experience has been a joke

Dormeo is a racket.......Pay $300 with the so-called "free shipping" and "free returns". Donate the mattress, as it won't be taken back, and they'll refund me $125. When I purchased the mattress, there was NOT a $175 shipping charge. They get the entire cost of th mattress covered and purchaser gets 42% back! they don't care if you keep it or reject it.....Dormeo gets paid either. If you are a victim, notify the FTC and your local consumer protection agencies.

The item is great,i am more comfortable when i go to bed now.My mattress was sagging, i was thinking of buying a new mattress, with this mattress cover i dont need to get a new mattress. It feels great ,i go to sleep and i sleep all night. No more waking up all during the night. This was a good investment for me.
