This is a SCAMER Dorme Studio…
This is a SCAMER Dorme Studio advertises 100% cotton bedding and it's NOT it's cheap synthetic fabric they probably buy in Temu for $10 and sell them for $180 They approve the refund by email and give customers an overseas PO Box address so we are unable to return it. RETURN TRAP it's too expensive to return the item and we are expected to pay export fees and duties and there is NO TRACKING to a PO Box so they can say they never received it. NO ADDRESS NO NAMES its a GHOST company designed to scam people.

The bedding you purchased is 100% cotton, as stated on our product page. Your return was approved on August 13, and we confirmed in writing that your refund would still be honoured even if shipping transit caused the package to arrive outside the original return window.
We also provided our return address along with return and customs instructions. The address provided is valid for approved returns, and we did not refuse your return or refund.
At the time of this order, international return shipping costs were the customer’s responsibility under our published return policy.
We understand that international return shipping can be costly, which is why we have since updated our policy. For current orders shipped within the United States and Canada, returns are now subject to a flat $14.95 return shipping fee, which is waived when store credit is selected.
When concerns were raised about the return address, we asked for the information provided by the carrier so we could investigate further.
We hope this clarifies the circumstances surrounding this order.

Absolutely no where does it say that…
Absolutely no where does it say that this company is based in Canada. They need much better transparency overall. Don't be taken in by the flashy instagram posts. The quality of the material was like something out of a bad army dorm. The colour didn't match up either - what should have been Burgundy, was actually brown.
I was quoted £63.00 by online couriers to send it back to Canada which was outrageous but not surprising at the moment. If I had known they were in Canada, I wouldn't have ordered this item.
I did receive an email detailing how to send the item back but no response to my reply email - 9 days ago. All in all, consider very carefully before ordering from this company!
