Great place, wonderful staff
Great combination of clean, affordable housing, a terrific location and various facilities in a prime location, 10 minutes from the city center.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Excellent location, very nice cottages.
The location of the park is excellent to explore Maastricht en it’s surroundings.
The house itself was spacious, had al the things you need en was cosy.
The staff did everything they could to help is with defects and were friendly and helpfull!!

Our stay at Dormio apartments turned…
Our stay at Dormio apartments turned into a stressful experience instead of a relaxing vacation. We chose these apartments specifically because they offered a sauna, which, according to the Booking.com listing, was available for an additional fee. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the booked house did not have a sauna.
The Dormio reception staff suggested we switch to another house with a sauna. We agreed, but they explained that the change required Booking.com to send a request for free cancellation of the first booking. We checked into the new house, paid for it, and expected a refund for the first booking.
Unfortunately, Dormio’s customer service rejected Booking.com’s request for free cancellation of the first house, without even reviewing the details we had discussed with their reception staff. As a result, we were charged a cancellation fee for the first apartment, even though this issue should have been resolved without any additional costs on our part.
I tried to resolve the situation at the reception and through Dormio’s customer service, but all attempts were in vain. Dormio showed complete indifference to the situation, left us without support, and forced us to pay the cancellation fee for their mistake.
My vacation turned into a loss of time, money, and peace of mind. I strongly advise against choosing Dormio apartments due to their poor service and lack of responsibility.

Entertainment for kids is great
The entertainment program for kids is great. Theater, dancing, reading stories, crafting, baking and a lot more (sportive) activities under the guidance of a professional and enthusiastic team. Our kids enjoyed every minute of it.

This is no 4 star resort! Terrible beds and pillows!
This resort isn't a 4 star rating at all! The beds and pillows are so soft with no support. And the Couch is so hard and gives you discomfort.
We had booked from Monday until Friday two nights of these horor beds where enough for us to head straight home. If you complain they don't compromise what so ever. If you like neck and backpain after just 2 nights, book this resort. You can book a chiropractor after your stay.
Prices in the shop are from an other level.
Never again will we book this resort!

Atmosphere like home
Dormio Resort primarily provides comfort, peace and privacy. In a house in a wonderful park, one soon feels at home. A fire in the fireplace completes the pleasant and romantic atmosphere. An added bonus is the pool for swimmers and small children.

Naturist Spa Break at Dormio Resort Maastricht
Dormio Resort Maastricht provides a high quality of accommodation, whilst remaining excellent value for money. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The resort has good facilities, particularly for us as naturists the excellent on site Spa Sereen.
It is also a prefect location to visit Maastricht and neighbouring countries of Belgium & Germany, plus we stopped in France on the way from England, so were able to visit 4 countries, 4 spas and 4 Christmas markets.
