The resort is beautiful located, has very friendly and helpful staff. The chalet is nicely furnished and very well maintained. The house is cleaned properly. Sufficient information regarding the Feriendorf, the town and the surrounding area is readily available, both on and offline, The stay has been relaxed, quiet and satisfactory. This is definitely a place to come back to again

Another great stay at Dormio Les Portes Du Mont Blanc Residence. Well appointed residence in a great location for Skiing ( and walking and cycling in th summer). Friendly, helpful staff and management. Ticks all the boxes for our family

Fantastic recreational place for family and friends. Must visit destination.

Room as described. Clean well equipped. Heating and aircon installed. Onsite restaurant perfect, service and food spectacular. Ideal for a relaxing break. Would recommend taking food as supermarkets not easy to get to. The spa facilities are clean and well run. Was disappointed with the balcony it was one of the smallest but with a very large table taking up most of the space. (We booked a deluxe room ) english tv was unavailable we were told someone would check, he never came. We will return but book a bigger balcony room.

Excellente location. Great welcoming staff on premises. Great amenities (indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, hammam steam room) and having Sport 2000 ski shop in the resort is just great to be able to rent and demo skis etc (very knowledgeable staff there too). The Chalets are well maintained, obviously things break etc which is expected from busy and popular destinations, they have a technician that can address quickly any trouble. Easy to ski out… ski in is possible but involves off piste and some hiking (not for beginners), so just take the free bus to come back to the Chalet…

Beautiful location and good wifi, breakfast can be improved with more varieties and bathroom can be more cleaner.

In general nice experience, but small details should improve. E.g. not enough toilet paper not even after asking for it.

Had such a pleasant stay. Wonderful houses and facilities. Other than the uncomfortable beds and pillows, an excellent place!

Nice small rooms. Great layout next to a big lake. Nice staff with a small store. Breakfast could be better for people that dont eat so many animals.

The resort has great potential. Excellent, spacious accommodation, pleasant surroundings, lovely pool. Unfortunately, the day to day service does not match up. The entrance, lift, stairs to our apartment were dirty when we arrived and filthy by the time we left, a week later - not cleaned at all. The information brochure provided is scant, reception staff dismissive and be prepared to supply your own hair drier, toilet rolls, rubbish bags ..... and likely, some towels also. Should be really easy to lift the bar to excellent!

Overall we enjoyed the hotel. However one of our suitcases appears to have been stolen. We arrived with 5 but when we went to pack up there were only 4. The hotel manager didn’t follow up with us as promised. We had hoped that the suitcase would be replaced especially since we spent so much money at the resort. We were there for a month. We will place an online review shortly but wanted to allow the hotel the opportunity to rectify the issue first.

a good experience. Accommodation is simple but clean and pleasant, staff are helpful and the surroundings and peaceful and well maintained. We will certainly go to Dormio again.

I don't think that the "luxury" "waterfront" villas are a good value. Very cheap finishes, poorly maintained. Not at all "luxury"... The price is far too high for this. Scratchy, smelly, old bath towels (not luxury). Weedy, poorly maintained grounds (not luxury). REQUIRED to not leave dishes in dish washer, running. Must empty your own trash? I've rented many luxury accommodations, and this doesn't measure up.

I felt the customer service wasn't there. I asked for a hair dryer for my room and was told there was none available, and had to ask a few times to get them to agree to call me if there was one available, no one called. So I had to keep checking in with them.

I left 2 grocery bags accidently in the room full of personal items including medication for my son, and I called immediately within 2 hours of check out to say what I had done, they said they'd get back to me and never did.

The takeaway food was terrible quality.

Apart from that the facilities were very good.

Nice facilities but limited privacy. Outdoor Jacuzzis cause a lot of noise.
