Frustration
This place has absolutely NOTHING of a resort.
They gave us a room for 4 people with a bathroom that had no divider, it was dirty, had no curtains, and every time we showered, the whole bathroom would flood.
To sleep, they gave us a sofa bed with sheets for just one person — completely uncomfortable and with ZERO privacy!
The balcony was filthy, as if someone had thrown the apartment's trash onto it.
The receptionist was not friendly and barely spoke any English with guests.
The photos on booking.com are completely FAKE!
Avoid unpleasant surprises like ours.
We asked for our money back that same day so we could go somewhere better, and they refused to refund us.
We were forced to stay in this dump.
If it was ever good… it definitely isn’t anymore.
Our trip was ruined by this “resort.”

Hello, I answered myself your complain a couple of months ago. The main problem you had is that you were not aware of what you had booked.
You booked an apartment up to 4 persons with a bedroom and a sofa-bed for 2 persons. You were shocked when you discovered the apartment did not have two bedrooms.
You also did not like that in order to reach the bathroom you had to enter in the bedroom but all our apartments for 4 persons are like that.
There was not rubbish in the terrace as you state. When it's windy there are leaves from a tree nearby. Even if cleaned, the leaves appear the minute you leave when it's windy.
You booked a non-refundable rate which could not be refunded. You did not like the apartment you had booked and requested to leave. We cannot satisfy a request when the apartment given is what the guest has booked.
