This was the perfect food for our 50th birthday cocktail party. Rachel did an amazing job in ensuring we had exactly what we wanted in advance. She came 2 hours ahead and displayed the food beautifully. The quality and variety on the board was fabulous. Despite there being so much food, across the evening it all went as people continued to graze.
