The customer service at Dort Federal…

The customer service at Dort Federal Continues to degrade. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone, or return calls. I have been a member for nearly 30 years. I am considering making a change. I am not sure anyone could do worse. December 3, 2020 after an extended conversation with a representative from Dort Federal Credit Union I feel strongly that the organization is making attempt to rectify the current backlog of calls and concerns.

Been here 20 years

Been here 20 years. Repaid all loans back..still a hassle to get approved. Loyalty is non existent

I would NOT recommemd this financial institution to anyone...

I would NOT recommemd this bank to ANYONE. closed my account after not even being open a week. Must be there 6 months to make mobile deposits, 90 days before you can make check or cash deposits by atm, you have to deposit in person, atm usage fees even with their own atm, not linked with any other credit union, opt out of od protection, still get charged an overdraft fee even if its declined, refused to open a business account, with proof of business, unless i spent more money to file for a county proof of business certificate. What a load of crock. A total joke....then they charge you 5.00 to close an account.....

Like this branch

I had 2 appts w/ this branch and both were awesome the staff was the best interaction i had w/ ppl in a long time (pandemic) they answered all my family questions and was glad to see me 🤗🤗🤗 i like this branch

I'm done waiting in line for 20 minutes…

I'm done waiting in line for 20 minutes every time I go to Dort Federal to have them tell me "all tellers are busy" or "an error has occurred". This morning I waited 20 minutes in line outside while they were doing a repair to (not one, but both) of their drive up machines and when they were finished the guy said they still weren't working. I went inside (waited some more) with about 10 other people for the two machines that they have inside that ended up also not working. I ended up having to drive to the Davison branch (where I also had to wait 20 minutes because only two drive-through lanes were open) just so I could deposit a check. I need adequate access to my funds at all times and Dort has shown me over and over that that is not going to be possible with them. With that being said I will be removing every dime that I have with Dort to another bank/credit union where they care about my time and money.

Well done dfcu !!!!! Set appointment on line with the nature of the business and was sent multiple reminders. Arrived on time was greeted by reception and escourted to an office in under 5 minutes. Bank manager handled my business professionally and efficiently.
