Dr Wong is very empathetic and I felt very comfortable explaining my history of hair loss which is a sensitive matter for me. She explained my options clearly suggesting I try a topical formulation. I have found the Dose product to start working very well after 3 months of daily use and at my 6 month check up I was very pleased with the results, noting clear regrowth in the area where I had experienced the most hair loss.
I haven’t received my latest order and have run out of the product at home. Please can this be sent adap

DOSE products are prepared by our pharmacy partner following a prescription review, rather than being held as off-the-shelf stock. Because of this, orders typically take 7–10 working days to be compounded, dispensed, and delivered.
We can see that your order was placed on Wednesday 27th, and at the time of your review it was still within the expected processing timeframe.

I started using Dose F1 two months ago after previously trying another subscription brand that left my scalp itchy. Dose has been the complete opposite. It doesn’t irritate my scalp and it doesn’t make my hair overly greasy, which has been a big improvement for me. The team are also incredibly helpful whenever I have any questions or queries. I’ve had a really positive experience so far.

I started using the Dose eyelash serum and after one month had a noticeable difference in my lashes sadly I did not take a before picture but look how lushious my lashes look so far!! Definitely going to buy more as I hate false lashes and I’m loving the results after just one month of use!

I've been using Dose for a year now, and the results have been really great! I no longer have that thin patch of hair at the front of my head. That area has thickened up, and I've experienced new hair growth that has been getting thicker over the past 12 months. I've tried other products in the past, but I stopped using them because my skin is super sensitive and I didn’t see much improvement. Dose doesn't dry out my scalp, leave it flaky or itchy.
