I will say I never had a problem with…

I will say I never had a problem with their services and the cologne was not bad by any means. It is a quality product they sell and nothing about their cologne feels cheap. I just decided to go another route for the time being and I am sure I will buy from them again.

Wonderful customer service

Missing Scent - customer service wouldn't send the missing one because we noticed after 15 days...

As a Christmas gift, I ordered the Discovery Set for my elderly mom to sample scents. Fast forward to April and I am seeing her again and asking which scents she likes etc. One of the scents she doesn't like happens to have 2 bottles and I said that's strange, and lo and behold she was sent 2 of the Rose & Basil Bliss and was not sent Woody Sandalwood. I emailed asking if we can get the missing Scent but because it's been more than 15 days since delivery they won't. I assumed her gift would be complete but nope. And I don't live with my mom nor see her too often and did not think to have her double check there was no error and report back to me....so moral of the story is their customer service is lacking when it comes to rectifying their errors.

As for the scents, my mom seemed to be interested in about half of the scents in the discovery set. When you spray on it immediately is strong and chemical but shortly thereafter settles and smells better. Scents seem to stay on quite a few hours. I personally liked the ambery scents the most. My mom likes Floral Marshmallow.

Woody Sandalwood

I received my Woody Sandalwood fragrance today. I completely LOVE it!! I just picked it because I love the smell of Sandalwood. It's not overpowering it smells lovely It's kind of expensive for me though. A coupon might convince me to repurchase. 😉 Totally satisfied, great customer service because I bought the wrong kind and they fixed it in MINUTES. Excellent 👌

Scam Company

First I was enrolled in a subscription without my knowledge or consent. Then, once I cancelled the subscription, I never received the rest of my order, had to file a chargeback before I received a refund, got nothing but AI-generated nonsense from their customer service, and they attempted to offer me a bribe to change my review. They also remove negative reviews from the site and bribe customers to edit them. Utterly abhorrent.

Great customer service

I have forgotten to change my shipping address three times and each time I've contacted customer service they changed it swiftly without any shipping delay and I must say they are very helpful when it comes to ordering
