This has been an awful,awful experience. Ordered a $500 acrylic painting from Dot Com canvas on October 26th.After contacting Fed Ex many, times and countless hours on hold,they informed me that the painting was lost and it was my obligation to file a claim with DotComvanvas. Why should the consumer be obligated to file a lost claim when FedEx lost it ??????? We have tried multiple times to contact DotComcanvas via emails,but have not received a response. There isn’t a phone number you can call to speak to a human being. This is absolutely terrible customer service. Save yourself a big headache and order from someone else.

Though at the back i think you should have put eye hooks to help to hang it on the wall

Now we used the wood comers on the back ! I hope it holds and they don’t break and it falls!

I am so happy with my canvas of WonderWoman…looks great in Executives office I was designing. Was exactly the piece I needed to complete the room.

Great pieces of wall art and very unique, good customer service and prompt delivery, would defiantly recommend, remember to add the hanging kit to your order as the pictures don't come with any.

Very happy with the canvas. There was no hanging set included with the purchase, which was disappointing at delivery. However, the CEO and customer service team listened to my feedback and they will adapt to this: clearly mention hanging tools are not provided + clear instruction video how to hang (in production). Therefore, they deserve 5 stars: for the canvas and for listening and acting accordingly. Things can go wrong. But great customer service can turn things around. Well done! 👌
