Definitely a scam. Same experience as others. You get told the item is lost and you will get a refund which never arrives. The positive reviews are probably fraudulent. Do not buy from these people.

Ordered a Dyson cleaner was given a delivery date of 8th nov, on the 8th was given another delivery date of 11th nov, on the 11th was told parcel was lost and would have full refund in 5 working day. That deadline has also passed and no sign of refund. Thankfully i paid with my Barclay card so hopefully can claim back through them

Total Scam. Pages of good reviews, obviously written by themselves. Avoid

Total scam did find good reviews which now cant find went threw and never received x box was on kalarna sote aswell which ive bought i few things paid outright and lost everything

Emailed regarding delivery date and a delivery company called moning parcels cancelled delivery to a different date and it’s never arrived. All contact details have bounced back saying no longer available.
Do not buy from this company. Thankfully I paid on a credit card and will use my section 75 rights to get my money back.

Definitely a scam. Like many others my parcel was first delayed then 'lost' with a promise of a refund that never came. Lorem Ipsum all over the parcel website, fake company pictures (reverse image search shows them all over the net), website a direct copy of other dubious sounding couriers.

Fake company, they use a courier called Moning Parcel which sent a delay email, then all of a sudden they went offline, links broken and product never arrived. DO NOT USE!!! we bought a big priced item and it is devastating for this to happen before Xmas.

This company is a SCAM. Order placed and paid for. No goods arrive. Customer service ,"Evie" assures you they are not a fraudulent company. Cancelled order no refund received. Hopefully my credit card company will refund my £329.00 which I was scammed out of. Learnt a valuable lesson only use the big names in future. Looks like the positive reviews may be fake too. Very sad world 😡

Still waiting on a refund after cancelling a purchase. I have lost confidence in this company.

I have used a price comparison website to buy a new Xbox series X and found this website with a cheap price. It wasn’t unreasonably cheap so I believed they were legit. So ordered it and received payment confirmation email. But a day went by and they haven’t provided any shipment tracking as the site clearly claims next day shipping. So used the live chat from the site to raise my concerns and they provided me a link within minutes to track the shipment showing the shipment has been shipped and is in transit. This was concerning as they have waited all this while to sent a tracking link, I never heard of their delivery partner which was moningparcel.com ,yes, its not a typo its moning . Did a whois lookup on that domain which is only a week old. But decided to wait until the estimated delivery date. And on the date of delivery it said out for delivery and by mid day they rescheduled the delivery to another week. As soon as I saw this I was damn sure this was a scam. I used the live chat to cancel the order they said they will cancel it and refund me the funds within 5 working days. A week has passed and still no refund the customer service is a joke. I contacted my bank and flagged these scammers. Still on dispute. I think they are money laundering and do not have the products they advertise on their website. They have changed their website from dotcomdeals.co.uk to dealsdotcom.co.uk as of now. PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST.

Definetly a fake company
The online chat made it look realistic as did the reacking info by the bogus Moning Parcel outfit. Yes its Moning rather than Morning. I should have realised then bu then i had paid.
The tracking said 4th November which was about a week away. When the 4th came the tracking said 8th Novemember.
When 8th November came, they said they had lost the parcel.
I tried to call them but one number was dead and the other was unavailable. I checked their address and it was a house in Chavsville.
I emailed them and got no reply.
Nasty, shameless outfit.
Why cant the police lock these people up. It cant be too hard to track the money.
