Great experience overall using the platform. Set up was very easy and ample training was provided by Anna and we have continued support from Amit, our account manager, moving forwards. I think the only improvements could be made to the email design area as this isn't as intuitive as some other platforms - minor niggle though as the platforms capability has been fantastic.

The webinar was very good and useful! Was somewhat quick paced and would be helpful if there was one more targeted for beginners on GDPR rather than just an update. Helpful that it was recorded though.
